I ate here with my family last week, and the service and food were not that great. Very disappointing, as InNOut is my favorite burger joint. One of our burgers was missing tomatoes, another wad missing mustard, the meat was too dry and all the buns were over-toasted. On top of that, they messed up the tag and handed our order to another customer who brought it back. However, then they made me wait for it even though my ticket clearly showed it was my order. Then, when they were finally ready to give me the order, I had to ask them for fresh fries. As you can imagine, the burgers were cold, however I did not want to ask for new burgers and have to wait even longer. I will not be visiting this location again. Auburn and the Sunsplash locations are both awesome.

Open till 1 a.m. this place is popular! The fresh produce on and freshly made buns make this a pretty delicious hamburger for the price. You can order off the menu, like a veggie sandwich, a grilled cheese sandwich, or a hamburger animal style. All the employees are clean cut and customer service of the oriented. I noticed they sell a lot of very fresh cut french fries. Which I dont seem to care for, because the taste is a little spongy, so if I do order fries I asked for them to be well done, It makes them a little more crunchy and delicious..

Went in on my 30 min. lunch break and had to walk there cause my car was in the shop. They were so quick and efficient! Absolutely great customer service everyone was so nice! They were so busy as I went at about 1230pm and everyone in town seemed to be there! Haha but even with a line out the door I still managed to find a seat eat and make it back to work with a minute to spare!!! Oh, and not to mention the burger was top notch! I mean cmon it is In N Out after all!

5-star for quality, 5-star for customer service, 3-star for speed at drive through. 10+ cars in line and guy was waiting for cars to come to the order booth before taking orders....training issue perhaps. Called customer service and within minutes he was walking down taking orders. Afterwards 10min later he was being reassigned. Was in line for about 35min, still all in all quality is job one and it shows!

This place has some of the happiest employees that Ive ever encountered in a restaurant. They are always smiling and love to help you with anything you might need. As for the food, I have only one word, delicious. There food is not only delicious but it is healthier than most other similar food chains food, which I see as a huge plus.

Never once have I had a problem at this location. Superb service even though they have frequently changing staff. Food is great, price is a bit much but you get what you pay for expect in the category of french fries. They are far from the best. I counted four fries longer than one inch out of two orders. Thats bad.

What is not to like about the double double? The flys and "too cold" air conditioner running. Several customers complained the a/c blowing constantly while employees were keeping the doors open??? Why, we couldnt figure it out. Not a good experience. Food, you guessed it, cold in a minute.

Food in my mouth. This place is as good as any other in n out. Really friendly staff. Nothing special. If you havent been to in n out, the food is really affordable you basically get a meal for $5 (burger, Frys, & drink). a must stop if you arent from California.

Pretty good service, but Ive seen better: We got here at 9pm. We were the only ones in line. Waited for about a minute before we were helped. In other in n outs ive gone to, I was always helped immediately.But as always, the burger and fries were delicious

Good In-N-Out, fast service and consistent burgers inside and through drive through. Lincoln just opened up so I probably wont see this place that much any more. Still a good meal for the price. My son always has to get a chocolate shake. Hes happy here!

Absolute best hamburger restaurant of all time! The employees are always friendly and courteous. The cheeseburgers will send your tongue on a roller-coaster of flavors ! If you want a 5 star burger and friends meal with quality service, go to In-n-out !

Its In-N-Out, duh. Awesome food, great service, just like all their other stores. Weekday lunch, theres always a line in the drive thru, but they usually have someone out taking orders in the line, so it can be faster than going in the store.

Definitely did not live up to the hype. Bun seemed stale, burger itself was bland. Fries seemed oddly tough. But the milkshake was fine, and the prices were relatively inexpensive.
