My friends and I came here and ordered 3 things. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich, the Bacon Cheeseburger, and the Southwestern Club. We waited for our food for over 30 minutes, which was pretty annoying. When we finally got our food, it was awful! My Spicy Chicken Sandwich was vomit inducing, I couldnt even finish half of it! My friends said that their sandwiches lacked flavor and they struggled to finish theirs. I told our server it was the worst burger Ive ever had and he was nice enough to give us a 20% discount. He said to let them know sooner next time so they could swap our food out for something else. I didnt tell him that there wouldnt be a next time because I was rushing to pay our bill so I could get home and vomit. I cant remember the last time Ive been this dissatisfied by a restaurant. If you still choose to eat here, please just stick to their pancakes.

Walked in and two of the employees were just standing around talking, they did not bother to greet us. I asked for water and the guy never brought it, instead I had to ask a different server. When we got our food some things were incorrect, we asked for the server to warm the syrup, he had to be asked twice to do it. Then the manager came out to ask people how they were doing but avoided our table. We waited a long time for the tab and eventually just got up and went to pay without one, since the manager was at the till we showed frustration about the whole experience and stated we had been waiting too long for our tab. Instead of apologizing or asking about our experience she handed us to a server to ring up and she disappeared into her office. Honestly I will never return to this Ihop, the service was appalling.

I understand that we went at an hour where it was busy but we waited a while to order then longer for food then they messed up all of our orders but we were all hungry we just switched stuff around and took off whatever we didnt want and then waited forever after to get our check. My crepes were not even a quarter of my big , my whites in my eggs were runny, my brothers sausage was supposed to be bacon, and they forgot a meal lastly we had to ask the waitress for refills on drinks. Will be going to the Lodi one for now on.

The buttermilk chocolate chip pancakes were SO fluffy! I loved them! I sampled some of my Dads classic breakfast crepes, & they were filling, but not super flavorful. It seemed like they were relying on the cheese, ham, & bacon for flavor, which Im not personally a fan of. I wished there was more depth to the dish than just breakfast food on breakfast food, but then again, its IHOP, not fine dining :P Service was good too! I definitely wanna come back for more buttermilk chocolate chip pancakes.

This damn place doesnt have anything on the menu half the damn time. The servers dont speak English very well and hard to understand server asked me to pay my check in the middle of eating so he can clock out Im like WTF and the host stays talking on her cell phone facetiming oh and dont bother using any e-gifts cards they dont wanna type it in since they dont use a scanner and tell you you gotta print it out because of alot of fraud Im like WOW

WELL i havent REALLY tried the PAncakes.. Because my brother called us because something had happen on the house. however.. we ordered drinks when my brother called and we asked the waitress if we could cancel our order and just pay for the drinks. but she told us it was okay.. i was kind of amaze because she didnt let us pay. MAY GOD BLESS HER AND THE STORE. and Im LOOKING FORWARD TO EAT THERE THIS WEEKEND.

Poor service, the "fresh" fruit topping was obviously either canned or frozen before. The server forgot our appetizer, and was absent for the entire time, except to bring the food and drinks. No refills. Is understand if it was crowded, but there was one table besides ours. The only reason theres 2 stars is that the cook knows how to hard poach an egg.

My husband surprised me for my birthday. Drove all the way from Pittsburgh to Cleveland just to go to this restaurant...and it was worth it. The service is impeccable and the food amazing. We were told their menu changes regularly to try and make use of fresh local and in-season ingredients. When we were there they were serving potato leek...

So I just walked out of this place I had 10min. waiting just for a server to acknowledge that we were there, no drinks no nothing, not even one server on the floor all the other tables had the same issue no food, drinks anything... sorry IHOP but this time Im out... very disappointing

This place is horrible. Came in and the host didnt even greet me or my friend. Waited like 5-6 min to get seated. And the server suck. If I work here I would make the customers happy. But my pancake was good. I didnt leave no dam tip tho because she didnt refill my water.

Adequate service when actually given a booth. Other times, especially when eating in small groups, nearly impossible to find seating due to the fact the management completely disregards smaller groups who arrived first for larger groups who arrived ten minutes later.

We were there today, the food was good, the waiting on the table was too long, the waitress spilled a glass of OJ on my husband, the manager because of that he only discounted the OJ from our bill, we felt that we shouldnt have to pay for the rest of his meal.

Horrible service i waited for a hour to get my food. My steak was gray n really thin. When i showed the waitress the rotten steak she ignored me and walked away. I didnt touch the food but was i still forced to pay and was threatened with the police.

Great food. Awesome service. Had the new special: 2 eggs, ham, hash browns, 2 french toasts with strawberries and bananas. All for $8.99....Wow ! Ask for Rosy. Best waitress. Welcoming smile and fast service. Were in and out in 20 minutes.

They never get my order right. My eggs are always improperly prepared. They have a new late night cook that really needs to be retrained, the food is over cooked and nasty. Thats pretty sad when a breakfast place cant make perfect eggs!!

Needs manager, horrible service. Philly cheese bun was hard as hell, serious couldnt bite it. Hit with a fork. To start, received order that was wrong. Second order was wrong. Drinks were empty for ten minutes.

Horrible. The service was slow. I asked for a grilled cheese with cheddar cheese, they came back with grilled American cheese. I sent it back and the waitress brought me back sliced cheese on toasted bread.
