Only the drive-thru is open 24 hours. Which is fine with me, because Ive never been inside the dining room. I like their burgers, which are, to me, generally a notch or two above McDs in terms of flavor. The order takers are pretty consistent, almost aggressive, in always offering curly fries, a larger sale for them, but I always refuse because I prefer regular fries & the curly fries are usually short on curls and long on stubs. March 2017: Going from 4 to 3 stars because Ive noticed the burgers are getting smaller in 2017. Much less lettuce. Smaller slices of tomatoes. Less bacon. I hope its only because of different workers at the times I visit and not a permanent change for this location or the entire chain.

The guy that served me i think he had a pony tail or somethon not sure but was great give him a raise! It was around 4ish mabey 5 am and the food was on point and for it to be late like that and still be great is rare so thanks and i really admire that 5 stars all day

The guy at the window was kind but he didnt give me any straws for my drinks!!!:((( or sauce for my Monster tacos!!!!:(( I had to throw,away my fish burger & fries, they were sooo gross!!!:((( dont think Ill be going back there ever again!!!:(((

Very inconsistent they never have enough employees and the few people work at the time is not enough to help and keep this place on a good shape, diner room is duty no clean tables restroom alway out of paper is very unsatisfied

Great food and prices. Plus the team members are always fantastic! The inside including the restrooms are always clean and well stocked. Unlike McDonalds, you can buy anything all hours of the day or night.

The workers at jack in the box are very rude and they dont you give you the right order . The cashier is always messing up my order every time I go and she doesnt give you extra condiments .

Good fresh hot burgers and fries served here. The shakes and tea are soooo good here too. Its rare when you can get your order and take it home and its still warm and tastes good.
