Today we celebrated a colleagues new job. There were 15-20 of us. It seems someone forgot to call in the reservation. Islands staff was phenomenal! We waited perhaps 10 minutes, but then we had the outside table to ourselves. As I walked through the front door, they greeter noticing my bag, said "I am guessing you are for the party". So attentive from the moment I walked through through the door. Then, our server (master server) Carli introduced herself. This young lady is (once again, can I use the word "phenomenal"? She got our order straight, she gave us separate checks and we did not ask for them. This young lady is brilliant. I could not do what she did today, My meal was delicious.

They have very good burgers. Salads are good too. Tortilla soup is ok. Fries are ok as well. Great spot for groups, happy hour or to catch a game. Its pretty noisy and sometimes there can be a wait. You can order ahead for pick up. They keep it very clean and the staff is attentive and friendly the many times Ive visited.

Service was horrible got my order wrong thr waitress was rude .. I dont know if it was because we are mexicans but she never came to our table and asked us if we needed anything else. I was very unsatisfied since we are paying 12+ for ea. Plate.

We went to Red Robin in the South Bay Galleria for a birthday party. After waiting an hour to be seated and waiting another hour to get our food, we left hungry and went to Islands. The food and service was great! We would definitely go back!

We had a great time our waitress Aimi was awesome. We had an issue with my sons food and she took care of it asap and even brought him a few items to snack on while he waited. Thank I really appreciate your patience and all your help.

They have the best bartenders. Melissa, Tim & Brett. Always helpful and very attentive to us. Great food and good mixture of craft beers and full bar. Our favorite place to visit regularly. Great help always.

Service on the food side is ok. The host are kids that cant keep up with the demand. The food is great but they miss a couple orders. Islands is a great franchise but this one does not shine like the others.

Friendly staff and they offer awesome burgers. I highly recommend their cheese frys, and you can request the appetizer in half size which is just perfect since their portions are usually too big for me.

Islands. Wonder if that comes from wayward sailors shouting "is land!" as in, "There IS LAND up ahead!". Maybe their English wasnt all that great. Theyre just simple sailors after all.

Great restaurant with Hawaiin-esqe foods. Hawaiian burger is amazing with a pineapple slice in the burger. The chicken tenders and wings are delicious. Jungle Cesar is delicious.
