Unfortunately they were unable to complete my small order (a bacon cheeseburger). After waiting 35 minutes while they served many others that arrived after I had placed my order I asked for my money back. There was no offer to complete my order right away or anything like that. There was no attempt to make things right. I left hungry and disappointed. The serving staff was friendly but the kitchen management seemed horrible.

I had wanted to try this place for a while because I always drive pass the one on my way to work. Im so happy we finally got around to it! This place is BOMB!!! Their saying is "American classics redefined" which expresses their food perfectly. This place is so good, we have been here twice in one week!

I like the burgers at this place. The service is excellent. I never ate these type of burgers before. I will recommend to any one to try this new burger with different toppings and flavors. I like the fact that you can also buy a beer to enjoy your hamburger there. A great place to take a friend. W

Solid fast food place. Im a vegetarian and like their salad with a black bean burger. I also like the sweet potato fries and shakes. You can eat fairly healthy if you want or splurge. Good flavors.

Talk about over-rated ... $25 for half a meal: (small) Grilled Chicken, Sm Fry, Sm Salad, Sm Shake lol. And the food ok, descent customer service, and the reason I gave a 2nd star.
