Dont know if it was just an off day for the place but I did not have a good time. The ordering process took a while in the first place. It took a good 15 minutes a person to get their orders through to the cook, those orders being very simple and not very complicated at all. The food took almost 45 minutes to get to my table of 4, even though we were the only ones at the time in the place. At one point the cashier came over and asked for what I ordered again, like he forgot. Once the food arrived after long period of time that felt like forever (One persons food would come, 15 minutes later another, etc.), the food still arrived cold and tasteless despite it looking rather really good. Not to mention seeing the cook even eating the fries hes cooking with his bare hands. Probably wont be going there again, bad first experience.

Man oh man just had their Western Bacon Burger with authentic Rib eye Steak it was the bomb explosive taste sensation. Nd their Philly sandwitches and fries are to die for. Not to mention the variety of beverages. All around a good meal at an affordable price. ;-)

Friendly service and awesome cheesesteak sandwiches. Try the Zeppelin. It comes with onions, white American cheese, guacamole, pickles, onion rings and Sriracha sauce. So yummy! Can easily feed two people if you split the sandwich and have some fries on the side.

These guys are rock stars! I miss getting real Philly Cheesesteaks west of the Mississippi and FINALLY, Munch comes along! Best anywhere in Northern Cali. Period! And definitely save room for the Apple Fritters!!! They are unbelievable.

Horrible staff with no communication skills. They look like they are on drugs. I wouldnt recommend to come here. Manger there doesnt know what hes doing. Also the veiw is homeless people on each corner.

Jeff at the Front counter is Always very personal LOVE their food EVERY TIME I travel (3 hours from Sac.) I make a stop here never a wait and again Good is AWESOME!!!
