I will be picketing this location because of the unsanitary conditions its a serious health risk. I have my own web page with over 8000 members and will be posting about this company on there as well as flyers . I am a reputable business owner and will not tolerate a big company jeopardizing the publics health !This company is the worst company my son use to work there if you have any questions please ask me dont eat there you will get sick . The managers are just teenagers or young adults that dont care about their jobs . It starts with upper management and the morals are lost as it trickles down hill . I called the health department on this location today and they will be doing surprise visits at this location . On top of it all working environments is unsafe Im not just saying this I have proof pictures and audio recordings from my sons phone Of everything I am saying about this company . its not slander its the truth !!!

Wow, 4/15/2017 my first time going here and my last. I nearly needed a middle eastern translator to order in the drive thru. The order was wrong (went all the way home before opening the box) was never offered or suggested I might need some sauce or ketchup or butter etc. The tenders (not what I ordered) were dry yuk!. The frys were hot and good but needed ketchup and the biscuit was old and hard as hell. How can this place even bother to open up and serve that crap. And to top it off the place is a complete "RIP OFF". $8.53 for 3 tenders, fries and a dry biscuit. So sad!

While I enjoy the food here, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Pretty much everytime I come in, some aspect of the order is wrong. They also never ask if I need any sauces or utensils, etc. which isnt a requirement but sure would be nice to hear versus always having to come back and ask after weve received our order. Again, I dont have any complaints about he food quality or taste, just how the overall staff interacts wit customers. Sometimes, I feel they just ignore you when youre standing at the counter, wanting to ask for something.

The worst drive-thru window experience of my life I debated the price on the extra dipping sauce that they charge $0.25 for when the customer service person there originally told me $0.10 I spent $52 on there 16 piece special and ask for ranch and honey mustard and was charged $2 for the dipping sauce I think thats outlandish and childish and I think management should be aware of customers that come in there and faithful to their establishment and no longer will be I will reach out to upper management over this

The drive thru takes forever usually, so be prepared to wait, especially during peak times. The food quality is just ok compared to other Popeyes locations. Its really hit or miss with this one. I like the surf n turf when they offer it. The sweet tea is good, but not as good as southern tea. Its a good idea when youre craving fried food thats fast. Its not very noticeable from the road so you have to look for the entrance.

First experience at Popeyes and it will be my last. I stopped in to use the restroom and, feeling guilty, decided to give their chicken and red beans and rice a chance. Should have just used the toilet and moved on. Even by the very low standards of fast food fried chicken, it was atrocious. Greasy, tepid, tasteless, and visually unappealing. I gave two stars because I am sure there has to be some nutritional value.

Waited in the drive thru at 930. they were about to serve the car infront of us until they decided it was to expensive and left. Then when I went to order they told me they ran out of everything and were closed have a good night then shut the menu off. These people just wanted to go home obviously, because when i asked why they were going to serve the car ahead of me they turned the mic off. This place is a joke.

Its fast food chicken and its pretty decent though like any fast food chain experiences vary depending on who is working the drive through or counter at the time you go. The chicken and the sauces we have had have been tasty so far though. I will say that the menu (at least in the drive through) is a little confusing. We keep meaning to go inside but the drive through is open later than the restaurant.

Better than expected. Chicken tenders had the perfect ratio of crispiness vs meat, but there was too much breading on the shrimp. Surprisingly, the green beans were piping hot. At first, the spiciness of the chicken didnt seem to be enough, but about half way through, I could feel the heat. Dining area could do with better lighting. Prices were reasonable.

Close early eveyday, its the second time i came and its only 9.21pm the lobby closed even though i saw the food was a lot.. i came by walking and they dont even let me buy it through the drive through... i am in restaurant business and this is really a bad service and bad restaurant to be... very disappointed, i hope the owner or manager do something about it

Dissatisfied. I was the third car in line spent 20 min in the drive threw. Got to the window and wasnt acknowledged. Honked to get the servers attention, he looked at me and turned away. So I waited a couple more minutes till he prepared my meal then drove off. Terrible customer service. Completely unacceptable.

If I could give it no stars I would! Nicholas the drive thru worker was extremely disrespectful and racist!. And discussed me very negatively in spanish! If I could shut this location down I would! Everyone I have an issue! Horrible horrible horrible! So dissatisfied!!!!!!

I dont know why the bad reviews. I eat here about once a month, find the team attentive. They always get my order right. And Ive never gotten sick from it. The bathroom is clean, so is the dinning room. Ive used the drive thru also and didnt have a problem.

I havent been here in 5 months but the setup inside is great now, more room, cleaner, and organized. Has to be a management and crew change because its not as smoked up as before and the quality control seems to be taken into higher account than before.

OMG....It took us 10 minutes to have them understand what unsweetened means..until we finally gave up.... I was thinking....shall I ask for sweetener?,...BETTER NO...I DO NOT WANT TO OPEN ANOTHER CAN OF WORMS.... English language is NOT AN OPTION !!!!!

Best fried chicken! Much crispier than KFC and I can get spicy at all locations. The green beans are great, the biscuits are light and tasty. The poor boy sandwiches and red beans and rice are excellent. Quick service and friendly staff.

Typical Popeyes. I really like the spicy strips (theyre not too spicy...wish they were) and the butterfly shrimp. Wish they would offer that as a hobo mill or allow adding chicken strips to other combo meals.

I went through the drive thru and the man repeated my order to me and still got it wrong. Then when I went inside to correct it he said I never asked for the items. Smh but the ladies were nice and helped me.
