Came in on a Friday at 4:30 pm. My order was ready promptly, but they have terrible customer service skills. Not a friendly greeting, no your welcome, no have a good day, nothing. The young lady at the register seemed more interested in what a group of teens was conversing about than taking my order. The lady who gave me my order wasnt any better, just handed me my bag a walked away. These employees need to work on their manners. Not a welcoming or friendly environment. I will not be returning. I gave them 2 stars simply because my order was ready quickly.

Great staff! Lupe is THE BEST! She already KNOWS how all her "regulars" customize their orders (add sour cream, hold the guac, green sauce instead of red, etc). They FINALLY turned the A/C down, so its not 40 below zero inside anymore (YAY!). My Gaffey Street Center of Operations. Yall can HAVE Starbucks! This spot has free Wi-Fi, power outlets, clean restrooms, & LUPE!!! YAY LUPE!!!!!)

negative stars. First time I went to the remodeled place and they forgot the cheese on my nachos. On my NACHOS. How the F do you find someone that stupid? Did they lose a contest? Is everyone mentally retarded? Just the management? Congrats Taco Bell on finding a way to screw up I couldnt possibly make up. And Im a writer.

Im not going to this taco bell anymore because the staff is always rude to me! Im over it! I suggest going to the one closer to the 110 where the staff are more polite. They are lucky my momma raised me to be polite or someone who have fury to deal with! food is not bad but not enough to make me spend my money there!

Took 45 mins of just waiting in the drive thru, this is the 3rd time in a row now. Also this location is more expensive then others for some reason, I have no idea why since the service is so bad here. If you need taco bell go to the one on 1st and gaffey, way better quality and faster as well.

All the tables were dirty. When we got our food. Both burritos looked very small. Not sure if this is the new size of burritos or did they run out of the correct size Tortillas. Will not go to that store again.
