Food was amazing! Came in for lunch and the atmosphere is quaint and eclectic, much like the new owner! Great family place. I had the spicy St. Melissa Shrimp that is known to be spicy. While my palette is anything but sensitive, this dish had perfect heat mixed with intense flavor. The dirty rice was awesome. My portion was perfect and contained only high quality/sized shrimp. The carrot cake was exquisitely moist and delicious. Everything is fresh, homemade, and reflects the passion and love that has been poured into this place. Just wish I lived closer so I could become a favorite regular! I will definitely be back. Looking forward to trying out the breakfast menu prepared and cooked by the owner himself!

I visited this place the thursday night before July 4th weekend. I was feeling REALLY low when my boyfriend broke up with me. I came in so emotionally beaten down that I was wandering around wondering what to do with my life... I ventured in just 15 minutes before closing, and I was greeted not only by the wonderful people that worked there, but the group of artists that sat at the table next to me. I came in energy depleted, and I left with a warm feeling in my heart. BTW....you have GOT to try their spiced Iced Tea. WHOA....the BEST tea I have ever tasted (and Ive been around the world). I have found Nirvana, and want to support this establishment as much as possible...

LOVE this place!! Everything Ive tried has been amazing. Special shout out to the sweet potato fries and fried plantains. The staff is fantastic, funny, friendly, etc. Ive also been told that the dessert is amazing as well but have yet to try it because Ive made myself too full on the apps and entrees! Good problem to have! :) Highly recommend this place.

We went there last night 1/16/16 I went with 7 friends. Most of us had fish we all enjoyed the fish. A the cajun fries are great. Desserts are yummy although last night we did not have time for them. Stu the new owner came around to see if we were doing okay a few times. The cook Poncho came out too. Great place when in San Pedro eat there!

I dream of Beach City Grill when Im away from home for too long! Their Cajun sweet potato fries are a must! For your entree stick with anything else thats spicy. And you MUST save room for dessert! Award-winning pastry chef who loves Caribbean cuisine! Amazing!

Creole is a weird take on cajun to begin with but, hotdogs in your gumbo?! Staff is friendly and atmosphere is colorful. Wont go out of my way but, I would eat here again.
