I Went Into This Jack In The Box, And This Young Hispanic Girl Named Janice Treated Me Very Rude... I Ordered A Meat Lovers Burrito & An Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich And Just Kept Frowning At Me. When My Order Was Ready, I Asked Her For Salsa And She Picked Up Some Packets And Threw Them Through The Window Packets Falling On The Outside Floor. This Is Very Unacceptable And This Girl Janice Needs To Be Fired Immediately...I Hardly Ever Write Reviews But This Was Nothing More Than Ignorance, Not Courtesy...I Was Thinking I Could Have Been Racial Because She Didnt Treat The Hispanic Customers In This Way...Aweful Behavior!!!...Anyway The Food Was Great...Mr. Q Wade

This jack in the box is the nastiest one Ive ever tried. Ordered a munchie meal and the meat on the burger was half frozen from inside and just had a very awful taste. Disgusting... I dont think I will ever buy jack in the box ever again. Hopefully I dont get sick tomorrow. This was a drive thru order.

Every time Ive been there (4) they have gotten my order wrong. Either they forget something, didnt hear something or gave me the wrong thing. Then they have the nerve to have an attitude with you because they messed up and you asked them to correct it.
