I am a usual costomer at this very jack and the service has never really been that great but tonight i was horrible i ordered a munchie meal box and i got home to open my box and there is litterly like 7 straight fries and like 3 curly fries. And not to mention my tacos there were all cold and with no lettece and i got the wrong Burger. And i ordered this at about 11 pm so there i would like to thank the horrible personal that jack has hired for this horrible meal thank you jack for messing up my order i will most likley not eat at this jack for a while i will go to mac Donalds were they do appreciate there cosumers.

No lines on a weekday. Just finished my blood lab work this morning and this was nearby,so trying a new breakfast place. Banana souffle pancakes and seafood Benedict shrimp and crab.. hash browns was the best Ive tried and I dont like hash browns. These souffle pancakes are just like the ones at Aloha Kitchen in Hawaii finally found a place locally. My husband and I give this a 2 thumbs up. Go on a weekday as the weekends are up to a 2hr wait.

Bad customer service called there cooperation and complained about the bums in the drive through said they would notify the owner called3times nothing doneno longer eat there staff cannot speak or under stand simple menu and no blacks working hope they go out of business this is a mixed community staff should represent that .

Employees are very rude and lazy . Needs Management , manager doesnt speek no engish and always hickies on her neck . Not Professional. BAD SERVICE! Ive been going to this Jack in the box about 12 years aalready and I always get that same rudeness & I never want to complaint but Im Tired Of The Bad Service.

They have the most craziest, the most homeless, the most wildest, the most boldest, in your face straight out of the gutters smelling like urine bums I have ever seen and I love it! Everytime I go through the drive-thru its like human zoo filled with people that have nothing to do.

I have only visited the drive thru at this location. The service is ok. On occasion they will have you pull over to the front of the place so that they could take more orders. I dont really like that because there are usually several homeless people out front asking for change.

Great customer service, great food. The only reason they have problems is because its right in the middle of ghetto & so many rude cusotmers that dont know what the hell theyre ordering. They always get my orders right & fresh. The manager & supervisors are really friendly

The waiting times here are ridiculous, even with only 3 cars in front of me it takes nearly 45 minutes to get my food from the moment I pull in to the time I actually receive my food, every single time.

got a #7 from this Jack in the box and and I was eating my fries and I noticed a white fuzzy speck . After I noticed that I was a extremely distraught couldnt finish my food so I threw it away.

Really unprofessional ,they charged me for my cheesecake and didnt even put it in my bag, the fries were dry and old,no forks or napkins,just so unprofessional !!
