I had not eaten inside this location until today. The only reason we finally did was because their intercom at the drive through was broken. This should have been a glaring warning on what we were about to experience and should have gone somewhere else. After today this will definitely be the last time we eat here again. Every incedent made it so uncomfortable to eat that we left our food uneaten. Our order was taken fine which was great after waiting in line for a couple minutes as the praton before us was being told they were out of her dish. Again should have headed this second red flag. When we went to fill our drinks the fountain was out of every single non carbonated drink. The horchata machine was out of order. We proceeded to find a booth that was so dirty I had to wipe it down for my family to sit at. When I went to throw away the napkins I used, they didnt fit in the over filled trashcan. The salsa bar was out of containers and some of the salsas as well as cilantro so we werent able to get any for our meal. Although this might have been a blessing because the salsas that were there were scattered all across the bar. The couple that sat in the booth next to us also wasnt as fortunate as us in their order as once they were seated an employee approached them to make changes because they were out of certain ingridiants. After that we decided the food probably wasnt safe to eat and left. It was a total waste of money. As we were leaving we also overhear an employee yell from the back that they were out of flour tortillas. This has got to be the most mismanaged restaurant Ive ever been too. I wish I would have taken pictures because nothing is an exaggeration.

Just opened few weeks ago! This El Pollo Loco use to be a Burger King and the turnaround was very quickly! I was hoping for grand opening specials or promotions, but nothing of that sort, just the usual combo meals at all El Pollo Locos. However, they honored a coupon I got in the mail, which was the tostada bowl and a drink for $5. The interior is similar to that of every other El Pollo Loco location, but this particular store has limited seating due to space, or lack there of. Drive through available, small parking lot, right at the end of the freeway. I think I rather go to the one on Western Ave., which is about 5 minutes away.

Worst El pollo, I have ever been to, not only did I wait 20 minutes for my double chicken avacado salad, I had to wait another 5 minutes for the crunchy taco, the manager then proceeds to give me an extra taco that is not even put together and there was no meat inside of it. He says here you go for waiting so long....lol REALLY!!! Yuk I threw it away. Pay attention to your customers that actually want to sit in and eat your catering too much to your drive through or maybe hire some more employees.

Went through drive through at 9:45. Get up to ORDER at 10:00. Turns out THEY ARE PUT OF CHICKEN. I WAITED 15 MINUTES TO BE TOLD A CHICKEN PLACE IS OUT OF CHICKEN. IM LIVID. Then we wait ANOTHER 10 MINUTES STUCK IN LINE CAUSE WE CANT GET OUT. Mind you it is AN HOUR before closing. This is just despicable, poor management, poor purchasing. Im so disappointed and angry.

The guy taking my order didnt know what he was doing. I couldnt redeem my coupon for joining the rewards program. He told me I had to wait until next time. He screwed up my order so I could scan the receipt to start earning the rewards. Seems kinda of strange to me. I love the food but not the program or service.

This is unfortunately the worst El Pollo Loco experience, I have ever had. Ordered Double Chicken Bowl which is to have a double portion of boneless skinless chicken breast. In this case it was served with dark meat chicken and skin, that was so tough it couldnt even be chopped up.

Terrible service. I have received burnt chicken from this El Pollo Loco 2 times. And the last time they messed up my order gave me two pieces of chicken instead of eight. Do not go here unless you want bad service and a dirty salsa bar.

The overall appearance of the restaurant was very nice. Ordering was quick, easy, and friendly. Only thing I can say is that the parking lot was a bit hard to get in of youre going towards the 110/47 on Gaffey.
