So, I was a regular at Charo Chicken in Long Beach. Ive come here at least 4 times and each time its a different story on requesting butter on the side instead of on my chicken. (I actually prefer the crispy skin) Prior to the last time I came here, Ive always gotten butter on the side with an extra side of butter no charge. Last time I came it was a $1.50 charge for the extra side. Today I come and its $1.50 charge to get any side of butter. I asked the guy whats changed from the last time, he tells me his boss got on him and said no more butter on the side unless they pay for it. The interesting part, the cost is more than a side of avocado. Id even be willing to pay .75 for it, but $1.50 for 1tbs of butter? So my $20 order before paying for the butter was cancelled and you lose a $20 sale for $3. Theres several places to satisfy my craving for rotisserie chicken. Done with Charo

This place is bomb the the chicken is juicy and the flavor is amazing the lemon garlic sauce makes the chicken taste so good and the rice and beans and tortillas just top it all off if you like Pollo Loco youre going to love Charo chicken the quality of food just speaks for itself and the cooks are easy to work with, if you want your chicken juicy or well done they are always glad to make it for you to the way you like it Charo Chicken rocks !!!!

dont come here. dont order from here. dont anything from this establishment. theyre running a food industry that is absolutely disgusting. they will give you food that has hair in it and PIECES OF METAL! yeah,METAL. i was eating a spicy bowl i ordered from there and found a piece of metal in my food. i could have easily choked on it,or broken a tooth. step up your game.

I have to say, all my years of enjoying Charo has just been thrown out the window. The review earlier telling you not to eat here was dead on. The lemon garlic butter spray was watered down. It took 10 minutes to get my order right. I will never come here again. After I bragged to my wife on how good this place is. Ill take her to the one in Long Beach.

This was my first visit to Charo Chicken - Torrance after hearing countless positive reviews. This place did not disappoint! The guacamole competes with Tacolicious - fresh, creamy, melt in my mouth guac. Very yummy! The tortilla soup is pretty fantastic and hits the spot when youre looking for savory and soothing. To quote our favorite ex-governor, I will be back!

A friend recommended this place while back and I finally got to try it. It was soooo worth the wait. My fave were the soy garlic wings. They have the perfect crispy exterior and yummy tender interior. The staff was awesome! They made sure that out needs were met throughout our meal. Would be nice to get the wet napkin before our check, but whatev lol.

Not what I expected. Pollo loco is way better and less expensive. My tostada salad that in order was over ten dollars. At Apollo loco tostada salads are less than eight dollars. Chicken is horrible like I said Pollo loco way better. Not coming back. Should have went to carls jr next door.

Well was on Google maps to find local charo chicken. An saw good prices well when I got there ,it was a whole different story37.+tax on maps, when I got therepaid 51.+ so people be sure to now look at there prices and the Mgr on duty would not honor the prices

The chicken had no flavor, the guacamole was very salty, the cole slaw a rare taste and tortillas stand that had gone into the microwave only one could eat the other two were stuck ... That disappointment
