Omg Ive only been in this popeyes a few times over the last couple of months and I have to say the customer service is impeccable!! I aways seem to get this lovey young lady by the name of Eabriale. She always greets me with a smile and she has such a calm spirit about herself. My order is always right and the food is terrific and I never wait very long either. The restaurant is always clean. Its nice to be able to come to a local establishment such as Popeyes and have friendly service mixed with great food. Keep doing a wonderful job Eabriale....

I love the service here. The Popeyes where I usually go on Carson Street reaaly sucks and the workers are very rude too. But this Popeyes on Sepulveda have really nice workers who really care about their customers unlike the one I usually go to. The chicken here is delish and you get more for your money here. Here 13 pcs is only 9.99 and the one in Carson, its 9pc for 9.99. I recommend this Popeyes to anyone who loves to feel like a valued customer A plus! ;)

I like the Spicy chicken. I used to come here years ago and there was a rude loud manager, this is no longer the case. The employees are nice, no yelling or scowling managers. On Tuesday its a great deal, and it gets quite busy. Its pretty much tasty but fried,and fatty foods, so I try not to come too often,and if I could eat here weekly and not gain weight, I would.

if you love fried chicken, popeyes is great. their spicy fried chicken is delicious, and so are all the sides. my order came out extremely quickly, and it was piping hot which proved how fresh it was. the staff was extremely friendly, and the line moved quickly. it was also extremely clean inside.

Parking was horrible because there is a grocery store there. So impossible to find a parking. Its very small and no drive thru. The girl took for ever and charged me for extra items. Not to mention took two standing there as one watch the other pack it. Didnt help her. I waited for ever.

Worst service, the cashier is always on his phone, texting. The food sucks, the parking is not lit up and I was rob outside. Yup this is the worst ever. I will never come back here. Ever. End communications. Ps the floor is very slippery, clean the floor u lazy bums!!!!

One of my favorites! Honestly..they really do make the best quality chicken. They are always fresh and juicy! The service is great and the resturant is always clean..which is a plus because I usually dine in on my lunch breaks..

I had a 30-minute wait. I honestly believe they forgot about my order. People that were 10 numbers behind me were in and out before I was. Even after returning to the counter twice, there was no apology or explanation given.
