I normally do not write reviews but this place annoyed me to the point I felt I should write one. First I went to this place 1/20/16 for my birthday with my wife. The food did not look that tasty but me being a truck driver and having to get back to my truck soon to get back to work we stayed. That was our first mistake. The cup my wife got of soda was dirty and had food in it so we sent it back. My wife and I then walked around and selected food. My wife loving crab selected several crab legs. We sat down and began to eat. At first I thought many of the items were just over cooked but after tasting them it was clear they were reheated. I dont know if anything we had here was fresh. When my wife began to eat the crab legs she instantly spit the meat out into a napkin because the crab was spoiled. We both decided that we no longer waited to eat here we asked our servers for the manager. My wife had eaten less then half her plate and I ate most of mine. It was obvious that we were no longer going to eat it. When the manager arrived, we noticed she was the person that originally sat us. I began to explain to her our issues we were having and she asked what it was that I wanted. I explained to her that I do not feel that a plate and almost a half of food that was eaten and the condition of the food justified as something we should pay full price for. She began to give me attitude as if we just came here to eat for free. She then told my wife to go get more crab because the one she had maybe wasnt as fresh because they are frozen. When my wife declined this "manager" had even more of an attitude and told me that since we ate some of the food she will only give me 20% off. By this time out of frustration I agreed because I no longer wanted to argue and just wanted to leave to salvage the remaining time of my birthday. Do not eat here. The food may not always be fresh. Im assuming because in order to freeze and reheat they have to make it fresh at one point. The manager is rude and they will gladly admit to not having fresh food. I will never eat here again and I hope this place gets shut down.

Beware!!! Went to this restaurant with a couple of friends and I have never had an experience like this one. Let me explain... We decided to dine here and at first all was well. The server smiled and sat us down. We then got up and went to the buffet. At first it seemed ok because there was a very large selection. I started at the California rolls...they seemed visually alright . But the first thing I noticed is most off the items, like 75%, didnt have its name in front it. You had to more or less guess what you were piling on your plate. Most of the food was recognizable and some not so much. The beef...oh my goodness. It looked like it had been there for an entire week under the heat lamp. They had an iceberg lettuce garnish under the beef that was brown and old. I couldnt believe anyone would serve that crap. It was so bad I took my plate to the server and said I changed my mind and cannot eat here and wont be charged for this. I then took him to the beef and asked if hed eat it...of course he didnt say. He just asked if I wanted fresh beef? Wtf! It should be fresh in the first place. This place needs to be shut down. Disgusting!! Seriously, you should spend youre hard earned money elsewhere.

The food is alright. They have an assortment of food, anywhere from pizza to sushi. I specially like their breaded shrimp. The prices are kinda on the expensive side, which I dont mind since I dont eat there everyday. The thing I did not like is the service. During the entire time we were there, the waitress stood about two feet away from us just staring at us. It was very uncomfortable since my wife and I wanted to discuss a personal matter. Also the waitress kept trying to tickle my 3 year old several times. At one point I was about to tell the waitress to leave us alone, but just as I was about tell her something she walked away. To make the long story short the waitress gave us the wrong change and got very angry when we didnt give her a tip. We decided we werent going to give her tip after the bad service she had given us. As we were getting leaving the waitress called my little girl a naughty girl which made us very upset. We will not be going back to that restaurant. The service is bad and the food is expensive.

Buffet is a little pricey especially for the lack of variety and sub par attitude from the hosts and sometimes the waiters. For dinner it costs $13.48 + probably an extra $2 for a drink. The food is heavily cooked with oil or some other liquid that makes the food shimmer. Make sure you take your childrens ID because they will not believe the age you tell them and will want to charge them as adults. Additionally the food does provoke some stomach issues. For the price and quality of this restaurant, go elsewhere.

We went to the place with our 4 year old. The food was good, delicious and plenty - and cheap. We were happy and we plan to go back there again, some time next week. My baby made a mess, they were very considerate. If you go there hoping to get 5 star hotel experience, you will be disappointed. Its Sylmar/San Fernando, not Beverly Hills or West Hollywood... Its simple, low profile restaurant that satisfied my hunger. My big bro used to say "You get what you pay!" But this restaurant gives more than we pay!

I didnt feel that this place was nice. It was really dull and just plain it doesnt look clean. The people are nice but really awkward and the food looks decent but you can tell its not freshly made or it has probably been there for hours or days under the heat. Its also pricy. I would not recommend eating here I would prefer going to ABC express a few stores up way better and cheaper.

My grandma took me here because she said she loves this place. Now I know why.... Their food was very fresh and very flavorful. Not to mention, their food wasnt greasy at all! Just about every buffet Ive been to has greasy food that makes one feel sick to their stomachs after awhile. But, not this place... We sat down, enjoyed our plates and called it a day. :)

I heard the food was good but its really not that great the price is a little too high on the waiters and waitresses are rude the music they play is very depressing I rated 1 star should give it no stars I highly do not recommend this restaurant , ps my friend got food poisoning!!!
