I went to BM for my first time 2 weeks ago and I am 7+ months pregnant with twins and had to pick up dinner for our family and our nannies family. I was so impressed with a woman by the name of Leticia Cash as I was checking out she saw how much I was struggling with how much to buy for both families and help guide me through it. She also was beyond amazing as she walked me to my car without me asking since the bags were so heavy. I will be back to BM again and again, not only for the food, but for Leticia. You have a great asset in her as an employee - I know since I work in Human Resources. Thank you - Shaun Winn

Boston Market is way overrated. Yes, it is better than Wendys or some other fast food burger spot but this place always tastes funny to me. I always get the turkey and there is something about it that just doesnt taste quite right. I can never put my finger on it. I do keep coming back though so I cant complain too much. The creamed spinach is tasty and the cornbread always hits the spot!

If I am in the mood for a home cooked meal but I am too lazy/tired to cook for myself I always stop by Boston Market. I always get the half chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and stuffing. While it doesnt taste as good as what my mom used to make my when I was younger, it is as close as you can get in terms of fast food. The parking here is easy and it is never too busy.

We have been coming to this Boston Market at least four times a month for the last couple of years and the food has always been satisfactory at a minimum but mostly its been very good. If you buy anything during the week, you get a buy one, get one meal free. You do need to buy one drink for that offer though, but its a really good deal. I highly recommend this place.

Please do not order the the fish: the fish is overcooked, tasteless and dry. The macaroni was dry overcooked and tasteless. $8:25 into the trash can, does the manager ever check-out the food ? Im very disappointed with the food and service, whatever happen to the food, where is the manager ?

Horrible food, no wonder people that eat there are fat, sweet potato had way too much sugar, greasy chicken and the steam vegetables have butter, if your looking to accumulate fat, you found your place, the good critics are from people that upgraded from McDonalds and am/pm burgers

We were really amazed by the excellent service and friendly nature of staff. There was a staff named letticia ( hope I spelled right) who took extra effort and made my kids comfortable and happy with her friendly talk. Surely we will be coming back.

Mixed veggies to soft-sat to long . gravy was not homemade, real gravy, at least not like my moms or grandmas, auntie s. Services, turkey and mashed potatoes were good.

Best food taste like homemade. If you eat in the resturant they seat you and clean up the table. Great customer service and everyone always has a smile.
