I went through the Drive Thru to order a bucket of chicken just to come home & find my order incorrect . I called the unit to let them know my order was completed incorrectly & a team, possibly shift, member, MARIA, argued with me advising that SHE knows exactly what I ordered & that I was Wrong. This is not customer service. I was not looking for free food, I would of gladly returned the incorrect item for the correct item so they could track it as waste. I used to work for Yum Brands, Inc & know policies . I didnt know arguing with customers was condoned. She gave me her unit managers name and advised that I could reach her tomorrow. Not a good way to start the new year.

This BlACK man, well dressed came in, and asked for the restroom key and the lady denied it saying it was for "paying customers only" the man said "ok thanks" and walk out. 3 min later 2 girls come in for the same reason and the same lady gave them the key without gestation. Like really?? This is discrimination. I was so mad never coming back to this KFC you guys dont deserve my money !!! its also super DIRTY !!!! Tables and floor are completely disgusting

We came today for our first time and i wiped down the table for my 1 year old daughter the napkin turned brown from all the dirt so disgusting! I noticed the floors have foot prints as if they never mop, theres trash everywhere. I cant believe how they can run a business like this, also their customer service is terrible, we walked in and they didnt say a word to us. I WOULD NEVER COME HERE AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They cook the 20 piece hot wings fresh out the grease per order. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Kind, considerate, and professional staff has been hard for me to come by since moving to Riverside from Irvine, but this KFC delivered to my expectations and my usual/normal standards. Thank you!

Allways have to wait for food thats not cooked. Then I get home and its cold! Called Chelsea the manager and she just wanted to argue that my food could not have been cold. "Impossible" she said. Then when I complained she was argueing with a customer she said "yes so. Youre complaining of course Im argueing with you"

Ordered a family 12 piece meal got home no biscuits. Tried to call them at 6pm no answer. They were not able to answer the phone so I guess no biscuits for me since it is a 25 minute drive back to the kfc. Oh well maybe I might go back and the chicken was tough also.

Ive exclusively used the drive thru at this location on numerous occasions, & have yet to encounter any issues. Food comes out hot & fast. Mashed potatoes are always piping hot. Cant beat those 5 dollar boxes!

Since 1991 i was a regular costumer for KFC.. today or tonigh i have the worts chicken sucks its terrible. The chicken wasnt cook inside. And stink.. really bad i trow away..
