I got into the drive-through 15 minutes ago, and Im still here. Someone two cars in front of me has a gigantic order, and theyre just letting them wait in the drive-through backing everything up. Im on my lunch break, And now Im late back. And once I get up to the window which is right now, Irma has a salty ass attitude. Because I guess its my fault that that lady had a huge order? If someone has a huge order and its going to back up your line 15 minutes, tell them to pull forward and let them know that youll bring their food out to them. Or else thats just awful customer service. Im saying this because unfortunately I used to be a manager of a McDonalds. If a customer has to wait this long in a drive through line, then their meal or whatever they ordered should be comped. I typically come here three times a week, Im never coming back.

Really slow service, attitude from employees, when we finally got our food, the chicken was wrapped in individual plastic bags and just thrown in a large bag. Add onto it, after ordering the grande avacado chicken bowl, I was informed towards the end of my order that they ran out of avacado. Have the dishes are made with avocado. Its what makes a grande AVACADO chicken bowl. My first job in high school was fast food. One of the first things we were taught was that if you were running out of a product, you sent someone to get more, whether its from another store or the grocery store. Ralphs is right here, if you saw that you were running out of avacado, the manager shouldve just ran to the store and picked up some avacados. Bad forecasting = unhappy customers which in turn leads to bad reviews.

This El Pollo Loco deserves some recognition!!!! When my sisters food wasnt catered for her wedding, we had 150 guests without food. Desperate, I called El Pollo Loco, spoke to the manager Ana and she made it all happen in 2 hours. Everything turned out perfect! We had more than enough food for our guests. We picked up 300 pieces of chicken, rice, beans, tortillas, chips, plates, napkins, and utensils. They truly saved our day!!! Thank you sooooo much!!

horrible the chicken is always dry and taste like gas theyre always out of things and the drive thru takes forever every time I go there the food is horrible.. Last time I went the French fries taste like cinnamon and there was blood in the chicken they didnt even cook it all the way When they first opened they were good but now I give it a D- rating

Quality is about what you expect from any loco, the staff is overall friendly, but the time to get your food through drive through takes longer than usual. Its always been a little slow drive through for the 4 years I have been going there, but I have never recieved a poor quality, or poorly cooked meal.

Service can be slow at times and most employees seem like they dont want to be there. The best employee for customer service is Dante; he greets you with a sincere smile and thanks you for coming in. I would give it another star if they ever got my order correct more than 50% of the time!

Always a good experience when I come to this location, the food is always on point and Im never waiting for too long either. They were even open during most holidays which was a huge life saver.great good and good people .

The food was good, however, the place was filthy. Every single table was dirty, the floor, even the counter. It makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. It is the worst I have seen this restaurant.

Fast, good food. $5 bowl combos and coupons make it reasonable. Sometimes it gets packed and takes a while, so its better to go before or after the rush hours.
