I work in the area, and unfortunately there are very few places to get a halfway decent healthy meal. I no longer count this El Pollo Loco among those places. Its dirty during lunchtime they dont clean the salsa bar even when its not very busy. They always have a reason why they cant take your coupon for multiple orders (other locations do it, no problem), and cant accommodate your request for larger salsa cups, etc. Just really small ridiculous things that if you would just be accommodating people would come back . And then they have avocado campaigns and have no avocados but theyre still charging you the same price for things its ridiculous they always seem to have an issue and I will never go back in there.

Man, when will the bad drive thru service improve at this location!? How many times do I have to get home and find something is missing from my order!? I place my order clearly, so why cant that transfer back to me receiving everything I/we ordered!? I cant share enough how many times this has taken place at this location!! Just far too many times!!! Im now starting to question the competency of management at this El Pollo Loco. Maybe its only about dollars & cents at the end of the day for them!? And having incompetent workers that cant bag an order right is not of any importance to him, nor its customers!? The drive thur at this place is inferior and inadequate & very much below customer service standards!!

AWFUL PLACE!!! Such a joke, they should never be allowed to be a company restaurant. They are lazy and incompetent. They make whatever food they feel like they have time to make. When they are "too busy" they somehow become too lazy to make the food on the menu. They consistently lack common items from their lazy behavior. Worst El Pollo Loco anywhere. I would never ever go to this restaurant again. I found hair in my food. It was so gross and they never care. They dont respond to customer complaints and only make excuses for the poor service and poor food. This is a horrible restaurant, you may get sick going to eat there. DO NOT EAT HERE EVER.

The drive thru ladies at this location are very rude. Every time I go to this El Pollo Loco I get a disrespectful attitude for no apparent reason. The worst part is when I order a side and I never receive it. The management at this store need to make sure their staff are treating their customers with respect and taking the time to make sure they have the order correct. I love the food at El Pollo Loco and since i moved this is the closest location near me. But, I dont plan on ever going back here, because of the poor customer service. The customer should be number one, but thats not the case here.

Worst family dining ever! I went in on 06/24/17 to get dinner for my family. As me and my daughter took a seat to wait on our food the cashier Priscilla tells my husband that he smells good and that she is off in 5 hours. Total disrespect and unprofessional for even fast food service! When i took the situation to the manager she proceeded in asking if i was serious. I requested that some action be taken and nothing was done. I also did the customer survey on the receipt and requested to be contacted by management. A week later and no call...

Family of 5...everyone wanted 2 legs they told us they only had 6 legs lol really at a chicken place... then we ordered 2 burritos they forgot 1....they gave us the bag with the contents all mixed like they just threw it in didnt pay any attention to sauces spilling, incompetent employes, the lawn outside was a complete mess with cups and junk strewn out everywhere I will not go back

The Catering on March 11 was Fantastic. On Time, Hot, Everything was there. Fed 50 + People and most came back for 2nds. This is Our favorite Store for Our Weekly night Stop so I decided to try the Catering. It worked. Thanks EPL Rialto. Excellent Delivery Man also .
