This food was super "NASTY" the chicken was bloody and uncooked. I return it back and I got an attitude from the manager instead of apologizing. and I never was offer anything else instead. I will never go back to this place. Me and my family feel sick after eating this chicken. Rude employees

When you order food u can tell that the employees are talking about what you ordered or your appearance in Spanish. They point or wont stop looking at you!! VERY RUDE AND ANNOYING!!!! The food is ok but not worth another star!

Okay customer service. The staff is alright, not too friendly. The food is decent but nothing special. The blizzards are the best part at this el pollo loco. you can choose oreo or butterfingure and they are both amazing!

Its awesome, Im going there for lunch, and I cant wait! The chicken is tasty, and healthy too, not fried, grilled over real grills. You see the guys with big cleavers cutting it up for tacos and rice bowls, so good!!

I eat at El Pollo Loco locations all around San Diego while on the job and this one makes the best burritos and has great service too. My new favorite location by far!
