Favorite sandwich shop ever! Im bummed that the one near where I live closed recently, but Ill stop by this one in the Hazard Center (Mission Valley) if Im in the area. Great rewards program, easy ordering and pay if from their app if youd like, also Uber eats delivers if you want. Many dont know what to do when they walk in. Basically, this chain has streamlined the sandwich building restaurant idea. You walk in, and instead of shouting over the noise and dim of a restaurant what you want on which sandwich, you grab a paper bag, creatively pick your name (my kids have fun with that one) and check off what you want with Which Wichs iconic red Sharpies. You present your filled out order form/bag to the cashier, pay, and wait for your name (or the one your chose) to be called. My kids and husband have picked names from their favorite fantasy novels or series, and it always draws a chuckle. The art wall is visually interesting (sorry, forgot to take a picture of it). There are some amazingly talented artists out there and often I find a positive message or two among the art, like quotes from poems, or "Be your own kind of awesome." The food is good. If they mess up, they make it up to you (free remakes, or free next order, or add what was left off on the side with an offer of a free cookie, etc.). So, yes, theyve made mistakes, but theyve always more than made up for them. The sandwiches here have an incredible selection of vegetables to choose from, so great for vegetarian and vegan eaters (unlike some chains, ahem, Jersey Mikes). My son is obsessed with their shakes. They are yummy. We love their crushed ice. Not many restaurants use this type of ice. Also, they offer reusable cups that you can bring in and fill with a shake or drink at a discount.

It is tough to write a review about a chain restaurant other than talking about the bad service. I came to this shop while on a family vacation for the first time. I really liked it, the design was different and enjoyed it. It was different. It is a bit more expensive than Subway and much better quality ingredient. The price was average at about $6-7 for each sandwich. The place was very clean, the staff was nice, and quick service. It was just difficult to eat there because it was so small. I had my daughter with me and a stroller. Other than that it was really good and I would go back.

Everyone loves Which Wich right? Well for those who have no idea, its basically a fast food sandwich shop. You design you sandwich when you come in on brown paper bags. Pretty good sandwiches over all. As far as the location goes, its in the heart of Mission Valley in the Hazard Center. So it can get busy, especially around the holiday season. If you are in the area and want a sandwich, give this place a try. Otherwise I would choose somewhere else just because of the traffic that can pile up.

This place was nice and lots of options for someone like me who is allergic to so many things like dairy, gluten and soy. The only thing was that I asked for the guys making my salad to change their gloves and they forgot. After eating my salad I swelled up like a mushroom. But I understand that my case is extreme and they where very apologetic and nice. We are all human and make mistakes. I still will go back, they have yummy salads and everyone is nice.

Sandwiches are absolutely delicious. The guy behind the counter with big holes in his ears is very rude. The whole time he was making the sandwich, gave me a nasty looks. Said rude things.
