This is by far the worst Subway that I think I have ever been to. About two weeks ago my husband and I on my lunch break went to this Subway. We got back to my office and realized they had given us someone elses sandwich. They corrected the situation. Then today I went back again on my lunch break, I waited in their drive through for over 15 min. (on my lunch break) just to again, get back to my office to find out that my sandwich looked pitiful at best. It did not have the sauce that I requested on it and only 2-3 strips of bacon. When I called Lizzy to let her know my experience and to find a resolution she told me that I would have to bring the sandwich back to her so that she could look at it to tell if it wasnt right, (FOR ME). So I went back, again on my lunch break. When I got there and gave her the sandwich she inspected it to check if I had been lying. I then told her how upset I was at this situation and asked for a refund. I also stated that I think it would be appropriate for her to refund and to remake the sandwich due to how many times Iv had to go back and correct my orders. She told me no, that it was either one or they other. That she would not do both. Not to mention with the worst attitude Iv ever seen on someone that was supposed to be apart of management. I told her then I want to be refunded. She then walked off and another girl, whom of which said she was also an AGM (assistant General Manager) came over and asked what they issue was. I then, AGAIN explain it to her and she then started the "refund" process. She had no idea of what she was doing and it took all 3 of the workers that were there to try to refund my card. She gave me a receipt and told me that if it wasnt there in 2-5 days then to come back again. Yeah. Like I will ever want to step back into their establishment again. I am a loyal Subway customer and was expected to be treated as such. That was and will be the last time I will ever chose that place.

Terrible service and handwritten signs all over their menu that make it quite clear that they couldnt care less about customer service. Signs that say things like "we will not add to your order at the window, if you forgot something drive back through". The place looks dirty their employees all seem high and the owners must be high themselves to not notice how horribly the place is being run.

LOVE IT!! The employees are friendly.snd courteous. And Love the food. The bread and Veggies are fresh where you can taste the freshness. The quality of food makes the difference. The difference between a bad sandwich and a excellent sandwich Subway has excellent sandwiches. Also has new ones to try. I hope they keep the carved turkey. LOVE iT!!

Very disappointed with the service. Every time I go to this subway (which isnt often) the same two girls are there and every time they are incredibly rude to me. Ive also had clients of mine who have complaned to me about the same girls and how they will never come back. Im surprised this location is still in business. Hire different employees!

Food was okay but service wasnt good. She had to ask us to repeat everything multiple times even while assembling our food. The salads were poorly made and underfilled. She didnt upsell and really the experience just wasnt great. Also the bathroom was dirty.

I loved my experience here. All the employees seem really nice and friendly. Fast service and good quality. My only complaint is the lobby being a little messy. Overall I recommend going to this location.

The night I came here the store was clean and the girl working was super nice. She was cute too, not going to lie. The food was good and Im glad I ate here.
