Best sandwich spot on the Peninsula! They have really interesting combos of fresh and tasty ingredients in all of their sandwiches. The corn beef, roast beef, pastrami, salami and polish sausage sandwiches are too die for. Also their sandwiches are so large that make a full meal. The meats are top quality and the breads are so delicious! This as a must go for sandwich lovers on the peninsula. Sometimes, there may be a line, but the family members and other staff are so kind and generous. Even if there is a line, they work so fast to feed you. Go Roma!

One of the best sandwich shops on the area hands down. They use boars head meat and their sandwiches have the perfect balance. None of the ingredients really overpower or make the sandwich stand out but when it comes together its wonderful. I usually go with the turkey deluxe on dutch crunch. Little Luccas is bigger but I would still choose this one.

Theres no place like home. This place is where I got hooked and what set the standard for all my future sandwich samplings. I come "home" when I can. BTW, I live in SoCal and come up here to SF for business. A delicious constant is always a treat. I dont like hit or miss places. Once a month and they already know my order. Thats a good deli.

Turkey supreme deluxe on Dutch crunch bread was one of the best sandwiches Ive ever had. The service was outstanding. The woman who made my sandwich was so friendly and came over to ask me how I liked the sandwich despite me being the only one in the restaurant at the time. Wish I lived closer or I would come here all the time.

The best Italian sandwich on the peninsula. All sandwiches come with this awesome garlic sauce. The bread is always fresh, I love the sourdough. They also have a oil and vinegar mixture that is awesome on the sandwich. If it is your first time, get the New York Special, with oil and vinegar and pepperocini on sourdough.

Used to be such a great place :( We went there before every 9er game at Candlestick. Sandwiches are good but the owners are terrible. Yelling at each other in whatever language and disorganized - it was like watching the three stooges behind the counter....except it wasnt funny. And it took FOREVER.

Excellent sandwiches. Breads are fresh and nice quality. They use tasty real meats, which are way better than the cold cuts at chain stores like Subway. Their house special garlic herb sauce adds a nice touch. This is a family business and can be a little slow at lunchtime on weekdays.

Been coming here at least once a week for the last 12 years. Always friendly and have never had a bad experience. Even when their busy and takes a while to get my sandwich I dont mind because I just live around the corner and come in on my days off.
