We found this place while looking for a family restaurant in Graham...and love it! John and his daughter (Rihannen?) we great. Johns waitering style is quite traditional, which was a nice change from the current casual style. Food: Mixed bag here....be prepared for intense flavors! You will either love each dish or hate it! -Fish and Chips are the best! (weird for Italian) The owners originally ran a restaurant in Alaska and were well known for their fish and chips. They brought the recipe with them and put it on the menu...the best Ive had honestly. -Pasta: They know how to cook pasta! This has been my biggest complaint with other Italian restaurants...the pasta is typically overdone and sticky...not here. They know what they are doing. -Sauces: They have a reputation for amazing sauces..but you might not like everything. I tried the Chicken Piccata..not so good. Too sour! Lemon sauce with Artichoke hearts then smothered in capers...get ready to pucker up! This dish would be amazing with a white sauce to tone it down a bit. -Dessert: YOU MUST HAVE LEMON CAKE! really...just order it. -Atmosphere: Simple, comfortable and cute. Very nice without being too fancy..extremely clean! Wear what you like.

We gave it one more try after our, seriously sad dinner two weeks ago...and it was AWFUL! The kids even said, "I remember their food being so much better." Sad. We paid $40 dollars for a lunch buffet that can only be described as unappealing, unappetizing, and better left untouched. With only about 5 toppings for the salad, there was very little chance of finding the buffet. After walking in and having literally nothing out for people to choose from, the staff finally prepared some more pizza and pasta for their patrons. My children - two boys that eat ALOT of food, didnt even like the spaghetti OR the pizza. Cant give it another try after the second bomb. They used to have THE BEST food in Graham, they have seriously dropped off our grid. Love the people, where did the good food go?

My husband and I went here and the waiter was totally awesome. He was so friendly and attentive. He really had great customer service. I was impressed with that. They also had some really good and interesting bread with garlic butter. That being said, the spaghetti was so gross I couldnt force myself to eat it. I dont even know how to describe it, but I thought it was horrible. It didnt even taste like spaghetti. The service was so great, I wish the food was too! I wish I could, but I just cant bring myself to give this place a second chance. I cant take another chance with that taste.

That picture describes the food perfectly, everything tastes like it came from a can. Worst Marsala Ive ever made a fork have to touch. Alfredo tasted like salt and flower. I guess their gnocchi wasnt the worst, Im sure the stuff they sell at the dollar store is worse. Chicken and veal had a texture as though it were cooked in a steamer, and the mozzarella sticks were so greasy I still cant hold on to anything. The napkins worked excellent though, and the bathroom was nice, its where I had to go immediately after eating the food. Save your money from this place.

In the past Ive been pretty satisfied with this place. Recently I ordered a salad for take out...When I went to pick it up she brought me the bill, I gave her my card. She came back with my $13 dollar salad with no bread, handed me the card and said have a good day and walked away. I just felt it was very rude...she didnt even give me a chance to ask for my bread...something I shouldnt have to do anyway. I figure if Im paying that much for a salad I better get something else with it! Needless to say I wont be going back.

My whole family and I have been going here since they opened. We love the staff and the owners. They have the best food. They even catered our wedding. They have always gone out of their way to make us feel at home and remember us every time we come in. My husband is the pickiest eater and he loves them. I can not wait for their next restaurant venture to open because their fish and chips are to die for.

Weve been going to Amicis for several years. The food is always great, especially their pizza selection and several pasta dishes. Their calamari and mozzarella sticks are second to none including the high priced restaurants on the Tacoma waterfront. The lunch buffet could be improved with a better selection of pizza and pasta. Other than that, best Italian food in the South Hill, Graham area.

Amici never fails to impress. The service is friendly, accomodating, and attentive, and the food is delicious. Every menu item Ive tried has been tasty; my favorite is the gnocci -- fluffy, delicate, and smothered in delectable tomato cream sauce. Their brick oven pizzas are absolutely fabulous. Cocktails are great here, too. A great place for family dinner or a weekend date.

The Amici folks have been making the graham and spanaway folks happy around here for lots of years. Friendly staff, hands on owner, and great food at a fair price. If youre going out to eat, keep your $$ local...you wont be disappointed. My wife and I have gone here for 15 years and have never had a bad experience.

The service was great, however, the food was absolutely horrible. An Italian restaurant that would prepare a seafood dish with frozen, pre-cooked shrimp and minced scallops should be ashamed. The time that it took to prepare the less than stellar dish (30 mins), I would expect fresh ingredients. Just Saying!!!

We have been enjoying the wonderful food Amici serves since it opened approximately 10 years ago. Lunch or dinner have never disappointed us. They have a loyal staff that is friendly and efficient. Owners, Pat and Kim, make you feel like part of the family everytime you are at their restaurant.

Not too impressed. I get better tasting food at pizza hut. And heaven forbid should you come in with a large group with reservations for the all you can eat. We were segregated and only given limited choices in a separate section with no proper warming display. Etc..........

I visited Amicis for the first time today and was very impressed with everything I tried. I tasted several appetizers which were great, and I thoroughly enjoyed the tortellini I ordered. Also, the ciabatta bread and butter was heavenly. I will be going back!

Great service. I got the Amici Pianta which was very good and the Italian nachos which had good flavor but was dry. They did bring extra sauce but by then they were almost gone. The most disappointing things was the bread.
