Pizzas are expensive at $17 a piece. Added extra sausage to one but it amounted to 2 small breakfast links about 8 pieces on top of a large. The sauce was so minimal it had no flavor so extra sauce was requested. a small dish of about 1/8 cup was delivered-cold. Sent back to kitchen to be warmed. When presented with bill, $1.00 was charged extra for the sauce. Customer service was not up to par, there was only one waitress so it took longer to request items. Using a restaurant .com gift certificate so an additional 18% gratuity was added to the bill. Our total bill was $75. Not happy with the service, charging extra for sauce which should have been included sufficiently on the original pizza in the first place. Wont be back. If they want to keep customers, customer service should be a priority! The $4.50 salad was only a bit of iceburg, mozzarella and black olives.

There was nobody to greet us when we walked in. We found a table but had to ask the bus boy to wipe it off. The bus boy was doing all the work alone. Two servers eventually appeared but stayed by the kitchen chatting. Our server didnt come to our table for a long time, we had to ask the bus boy to get her. She eventually brought our pizzas and we never saw her again until she brought the bill. She never checked on us or asked how things were. I noticed that neither of the 2 servers were checking on tables or refilling drinks. We had 3 pizzas. One was soggy and two were good. I think the soggy one was due to moisture in the meat and maybe not cooking long enough. I left the money on the table since the server never came back for it. Both servers watched our family leave, but never said thanks for coming in or inquired if the food was good.

Went in with my boyfriend expecting it to be a very nice Italian restaurant, however we werent greeted when we walked in and didnt know if we needed to be seated or seat ourselves. Took forever to get orders and salad. I ordered chicken Parmesan expecting a juicy breaded chicken breast like the menu said.... NOT!!! It was a processed breaded chicken patty and the disgusting spongey texture turned my appetite off immediately. I declined ordering anything else and nibbled on bread. Will not becoming a part of the VIP club anytime soon. Oh yeah and the spaghetti sauce taste identical to canned raviolis. Honesty this owner must be so cheap... Hopefully your pizza keeps the business afloat.

My family likes to meet here, however one of my family has a severe Latex Allergy and though we have explained this to the managers in the past it seems to make no difference to them if they are making some of their customers sick by the lack of knowledge about latex and its effect on people, some of which have lesser reactions to it than others. The fix for all is to use a non latex product such as vinyl. If the restaurant reads these reviews they should know that several states in our country have now banned latex in any food handling facilities, one of those states is Oregon. Makes sense to me, Guess well just take our business elsewhere.

The food was horrible but the service was beyond horrible. The waitress couldnt answer basic questions about the menu. Brought out a bottle of wine dripping with wine she has split all over it and set it on the table. Didnt get our order right then took it back and didnt make up for it on the bill or by bringing bread or anything. The order just got put back in as if we just ordered. Then the waitress came over and said it would be 8 min. 20 plus min later the pizza came. The crust was so thin you could see through it. It was so greasy that when you turned a slice sideways a puddle of grease would form on your plate. Very disappointing

Sorry but i see some reviewers have post great things about Casa Mia. I have been going there for over a year. In the beginning it was great. But gradually the food has gotten horrible. Found a hair on the pizza like 6 months ago. Stopped coming and returned a few weeks ago because of family wanting to try again. The pizza was horrible. The only thing that was consistant is the garlic bread with the dipping sauces. Very dissappointed. Dont know if there was a management change for the decline of the food. Will not return again

Food is always good. Service is embarrasingly bad. Last two times I came here, months apart, the same waitress seemed just completely incapable of the job. She was extremely unaccommodating, insincere, and almost never made eye contact with anybody. She also never brought us silverware, refilled our waters or ever brought out a second bottle of wine that we ordered. She did not apply the coupon we used, and the food took over an hour to be brought out.. Just, ridiculous.

This was the worst meal I have ever attempted to eat in my life. I ordered the veal- it tasted like chicken fried steak, and the proscuitto WAS HAM. Seriously. It was a dried up piece of lunch meat. When I pointed it out to the server she took it to the kitchen and then came back to confirm that it was, in fact, ham. The kitchen had run out of proscuitto and just used ham instead. Gross. I would sooner eat out of a Jack in The Box dumpster than to ever eat there again.

So be aware this is really just a pizza joint and not really an Italian restaurant. The Pizza is the best the pasta not so much. The pizza is one of the best Ive ever had but dont go there for the Italian food. In fact, Olive Garden has better Italian if you want to go that route or go to the IL Lucano in Gig Harbor (an actual Italian restaurant). Bottom line - Buy their Pizza you wont be disappointed.

Would not be back, silverware needed to be replaced, salad was lettuce, cheese and olives only, drinks were not offered to be refilled, asked 3 times for additional bread that never came and no Parmesan cheese for the pasta. This is really more of a pizza joint than an Italian restaurant. The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is because wait staff is friendly - not helpful, but friendly.

The primary reason that has kept me going back to Casa Mia four years is that their food is consistently delicious, their service is congenial and professional, and the decor is relaxing and let you enjoy yourself. So if you want good food, for me if I know I want a steak that is perfect and reliably will be perfect the next time I order it theres no better place to go than Casa Mia.

Although my last visit wasnt the best I will say the waitresses here are always friendly and make you feel welcome. The Pizza and Calzones are the best in the area. Its award winning pizza and if you order the odd combination of Potato Truffle and Onion youll taste why its award winning pizza. Visit on a Sunday and catch a football game while enjoying the best pizza in the area.

Can I give less than one star? How can they even call themselves an Italian restaurant? The sauce literally comes from a jar. Im pretty sure the chicken is precooked Tyson chicken. Their sauce isnt even real sauce. Risotto tastes like crap and is served with rice...Italian places serve pasta, not rice. Best thing you can order from this place is a bottle of beer...
