Okay I eat at this place about 2 time a week. Most days are great but today experience will no longer have me dining due to the fact. The Manger Gabby failed to do her job. The was another customer that Cleary had to much to drink. I notice the guy was a little off by dancing in his chair by him self. When a group of young people came in and sat near me at the bar. The intoxicated man approach them make rude comment to them well one of the males from the party ask him to please leave , he was trying to enjoy his evening. When the intoxicated man struck him and drop his beer class. Other customers got in between b4 the Manger made it to the floor. Rite away you can tell she know the intoxicated man some how. She quickly over reacted to the victims of the situation and ask them to go out side well the intoxicated man was allowed to stay in the restaurant. And the Manger never once ask the intoxicated man to exit the restaurant. Well as much larger man walks by him he get into another argument with him. Still the Manger put my life and other customers in danger by allowing him to stay in the restaurant. 1 they served him way to much and didnt cut him off the Manger waited till the 2nd fight was going to start. After he Cleary assaulted someone on the restaurants grounds I will no longer dine there cause lack of proper management and bartender training knowing to put ppl safety b4 friendship or tips witch ever the case may be.

I went there with my family. We sat in the bar area during happy hour time. We ordered some apps and drinks. The service was awful. The server did not bother to pre-buss our table and it took about 15 mins to get our drinks. We ordered 3 20 ounce bud lights on happy hour. When we got our bill we had 5 bud lights on our bill. I asked her if she could please take off the other two because they werent ours. The server Yessenia went on to tell us they were ours and they were rang in every 15mins. We were there for almost two hours. If they were rang in every 15mins we should of had a lot more. She went on to say they were ours but if we want to talk to a manager that we could. So the managers name was Matt and he basically accused us of lying and too wasted to know what we had ordered and said they were rang in every 15mins. But said he would take it off this once as if he was doing us a favor when it wasnt our drinks. As he walked away he said well my name is Matt if you want to make a complaint with a smirk on his face. We were 150% know those 2 extra 20 oz bud lights werent ours. As a food server myself for almost 10 years. I am appalled by the way I was treated and the service me and my family received. This is not ok and I dont want this to happen to someone else. I left extremely upset and unhappy with what had occurred and corporate will be hearing about it.

Philly cheese steak sandwich was really good. I actually hadnt been to a TGI Fridays in over 10 years or so and so I was really surprised by how many things they had on the menu from what I had remembered. I think that TGI Fridays definitely stepped up from how it use to be with alot more menu choices and higher prices. But the sandwich was really tasty as well as the order desert which I ended up sharing. It was pretty crowded when I came and loud with people watching games but I expected it to be. The staff was very friendly and helped with suggestions they had from their own favorites.

I LOVE this Fridays!!! Ive been enjoying this place for about fifteen years. I like the food but I really like the drinks...my favorite is the raspberry lemon drop. But more than the food and drink, I LOVE the service....CAESAR, what can I say? The BEST...having him take care of us is like having me (I was an outstanding waitress many yrs ago) take of us...he never misses a beat no matter how busy he is!! And NICHOLAS, server turned bartender, is equally competent and friendly!! If not for these two outstanding people I would just go to any Fridays, but I will only go to this one!

Love this place! Its always a "go to" for a night out with friends, and even a family night with the kids. Love all of the great menu options, I feel like theres always something new to try. The mixed drinks are pretty good. Most of the waiters are great. There was a time when I was served hot wings and one of them was RAW! They did take that off of my bill and offer me a free appetizer or dessert. Everyone has an off day, but I would not hold that one bad experience against them when Ive had so many great times here. I would definitely recommend this place.

We were there tonight. We sat at the bar we were there for 5 minutes while the employees noticed us no service. Then bar tender guy comes up asked me what I wanted then asked my friend what he wanted he didnt know. Bartender guy said all this time you dont know what you want yet while staring him down poured his drink mad dogging. The whole one drink we had he kept staring my friend and I down like he had something against us. He did that to a couple that walked in 10 mins after us.

SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE....THEY WHERE SO SLOW THE FOOD WAS COLD BY THE TIME IT GOT TO US....THE ONLY TIME THEY WERE, FAST WAS WHEN I ASKED FOR THE CHECK...I TRIED THE "ENDLESS CHOICES"...THAT SUKD....THE ONLY APPETIZER THAT WAS GOOD, WAS THE MOZZARELLA STICKS....WASNT WORTH IT....THE BAR SECTION HAD THE MUSIC SO LOUD, WE HAD TO YELL JUST TO HAVE A CONVERSATION....TO SMALL TO BE BLASTING THE MUSIC....HAD A MAJOR HEADACHE WHEN I LEFT....WOULD NOT GO BACK THERE EVER,EVER,EVER AGAIN.....

Sadly disappointed went here for my daughters birthday had bad service and crappy food. Mac and cheese was just noodles with cheese plopped on top and bread crumbs tossed on top of that. Strawberry short cake had no strawberries had to ask for more and by the time it came the ice-cream was melted. Fries were bad.got served a cheap stake they clammed as sirloin but was far from it and didnt get cooked right. Over all very bad.

AWESOME PLACE! Excellent service 99% of the time, the only reason I put "Very Good" is because there has been two waitresses Ive had there that were rude and rarely came to check on us. Other than that, excellent food, service, happy hour, and rewards program, HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIGNING UP FOR IT!

So we decided to stop here for dinner and decided we would do appetizers for dinner. So turns out if you order endless appetizers they charge you $10 per person at your table! #cheap rip off by the company. Now I remember why we never come here and our food was overcooked.

When I came in it took like 5 minutes for the hostess to even recognize us she was to busy socializing. The waiter took forever like the hostess he was to busy talking to his co workers. The food was cold and wasnt cooked right. I would never recommend this TGI to anyone.
