My parents really enjoy eating here, so my husband and I decided to take them here for dinner last Saturday. We came in and they sat is fairly quickly considering it being a Saturday night. We sit, and about 5 min later, our server comes and asks what we want to drink. He kept tapping his pen into his hand like he was in a hurry. We all ordered drinks but my dad kept looking at the menu trying to decide (mind you it was only about 10 sec after we ordered ours) and this guy decides to poke my dad in the arm and say "you?!" And rolled his eyes! That irked me! I was pretty upset, so I asked my husband to ask for a manager so we can get someone else to wait on us. The manager came over and asked us if everything was ok, we told her, and she just said "oh, ok" wow, I couldnt believe it. Anyway, after that, we got a new server, and she was great. We just felt uncomfortable because our first server kept passing by and giving us the death stare. Oh well, I know my parents will go back because they really love the food, but me, NEVER will I step foot in here again!

*UPDATE: Linda from corporate has returned my call and was very professional. I appreciate the quick response and correction to order. And most of all the customer service I received by her. ** Order potato skins this past Sunday, to go. Asked over the phone if they could please make sure to included a side of sour cream on the side. Long story..shorter. When I arrived home there was no sour cream in the bag. After calling in to place a compliant. Christine the kitchen manager provided horrible Customer service over the phone. When I asked for corporates number, She then offered to replace my order. BUT she gave me a choice.. Either she replace my order or provided me with corporate number.. I couldnt have it both.. LOL. Well I choice corporates number, which I did call today but havent been able to contact anyone. Left message waiting for call back. BUT REALLY ? An ultimatum. Is the best way to solve your solution? Good food but customer service is Key to any business.

We raved to two couples about how wonderful Roadhouse was, especially the thousand island dressing. Well, we should have known when there was no wait, and many available tables on a Saturday night at 6:30. My friend had to send her prime rib back because it had no taste. There were 4 thousand island dressing lovers in our group, and I bragged about how good it is. Well, it was made differently than it had been in previous years, and was horrible!. I am sure my sweet potato was a leftover from another night. The skin was like thin paper, the butter and brown sugar melted to the bottom of the potato. Normally butter and brown sugar were served on the side. The salad wasnt fresh like it used to be. The quality of food went way down. We will never eat there again. Im thinking its under new ownership or management, and the quality is very poor now.

Pros: Great happy hour prices. Seriously, the 4 stars are solely for happy hour prices & food options. Cons: For a steak place, their steak is pretty bad (tastes like hamburger meat). Ive tried the NY Strip here 3 or 4 times in the last year, and they were all bad quality. My last steak (12 ounces paid for) was also about 6 ounces of pure fat. Yes fat adds in flavor, but I dont want to eat more of it than the actual steak itself. Other food items are fine through, nothing spectacular. I cannot bring myself to ordering another steak here, but Im sure other menu items are fine.

Were regulars here so we have an advantage in that the bartenders know us and have our drinks ready before we even put in our order. Very quick service for predictable folks. ;) Its seldom crowded here. Its a fun place for families as well as groups without children. There are plenty of meatless options in addition to an extensive meat menu (from which I never order). The potato skins without meat (I order the chicken on the side and hand it over to a meat eater at the table) is a substantial and delicious meatless entree that youll find listed as an appetizer.

Great food, but out waitress Sabrina was running around helping the large group she had and mostly forgot about our group of just 2. I often tried calling out to her but she would just race by. She didnt even stop to ask how everything was tasting. We usually have a great time here, but the service from our waitress was dissatisfying. We ordered a couple drinks but they came out terrible. Wont be wasting my money on drinks here again.

Went to celebrate our wedding anniversary tonight - the cutlery was filthy - I had to ask for clean replacements. The potatoes were cold - the butter clumped on top in a congealing mass. The broccoli was cold. My "medium well" steak was literally burnt to char on one side - they turned that side toward the plate as if it wouldnt be tasted if not seen. Completely over this "establishment".

Well we have been coming here since it open but today will be the last time. Our worst experience yet, service was slow and awful food was even worst onion rings looked like a bowl of cereal,ribs were barely warm. Hostess never informed anyone we had been seated so we sat there for almost 8 minutes. I will highly recommend not to come here anymore. Roadhouse What Happened!!!!

Ordered sweet potato with ribs, on a 15 person meal. They served yams, with over cooked ribs for everyone that was served. another customer had over and then under cooks steaks in order. Two wait staff proceeded to fight about whether it was yams or sweet potatoes. And charged it all to one check after asking to separate. Drive the 3 miles to Texas Roadhouse.

The service is great. The food selection is diverse enough at various price points. I took one star off because it took forever for our food to come out and it was not a busy night for them. (Thursday, 7pm) We waited about 40 minutes for simple enough dishes. However, our drinks were constantly refilled and our table was checked on frequently.

The service was very friendly and the food came out very quickly. My New York Peppercorn steak was not very juicy I dont like to add A1 sauce to my steak but in this case I had to youre better off going to outback steakhouse for a $20 steak and rice pilaf was very mushy

Lousy place, waited for ever just to be seated & then I was told that there was only two servers & they were swamped ! Hire some help ! How can you run a place with two servers ? I would never recommend this place, stay clear, unless you dont mind a looooong wait.

My first time here and *WOW* the burgers are *AWESOME* the best I have ever had!!! We were waited on by the bartender Valeria and she was wonderful!!! Great service, great food and an incredible experience!!! Thank you very much, you definitely get 5 stars!!!!!!

Good food. Love the peanuts and being able to just throw them upon the floor! They also let you take drinks home if you ask for it. I do not like how they got rid of one of my favorite appetizer, though. Really loved the Southwestern Egg Rolls...
