Walked into this location for the first time(6/13/17), and even informed the hostess that weve never been here before, my co worker and I were very excited. We made a togo order due to us being on our lunch break, but we ordered a tea to drink while we were waiting. Mind you there were at least 16 staff walking around. The hostess put our drinks at the seafood bar and left them there the whole time we waited. We waited for at least 30 minutes for our food when I asked the hostess to include ketchup and buffalo sauce in our bag. By the way it was not busy at all, the staff were talking louder than the customers. Our food finally came out and a server put our bag at the seafood bar not knowing where the order went, when my co worker and I were sitting right next to the front doors infront of everyone. The food sat there for about 10 minutes when the hostess finally told us that she was just waiting for our buffalo sauce to be heated up. As we sat there for another 10 minutes watching multiple staff not doing anything, our frustration began to grow. There was a man there in a red shirt, im assuming the manager, and he never greeted us once, but he walked right by us at least 20 times. Actually no other staff greeted us or checked on us once the whole hour we were there. After an hour of waiting for 3 chicken sandwiches I gave in and asked the hostess to please get the sauce so we could leave. The man with the red shirt was by her and gave me a mean attitude because I asked to hurry up the sauce due to us being late for work. After another 5 minutes, we were out of there. We never heard of Station 16 before we came in and we are going to continue to pretend we still never heard about it, the service was so bad.

Wow, that was excellent. Calamari to start and Blackened Salmon for dinner. Good portion for the Calamari. Very good. Not overcooked and not heavily coated in batter. Blackened Salmon comes with Green Beans and Garlic Rice. Everything was fantastic. Very tasty. As a party of one arriving before 6pm, I sat at the Oyster Bar counter and had good attentive service. By the time I left it was crowded, noisy and there was a wait for parties not interested in sitting at a bar seat. I see a reviews complaining about service. The challenge is that can be hit/miss based on how crowded they are and how well the person leaving the review was able to communicate with the staff Again, I was out of there before 7pm, so who knows what happens later. But I will be back. The calamari and the blackened salmon were great.

Came for a birthday party and around 530pm the place was getting a good crowd. The drinks were very good and so were the garlic fries and mac & cheese but the lobster roll was served chilled in a hotdog bun without much flavor plus with it cold on an average non tasty bun made it pretty miserable. I tried to pass it off to other friends in our party and their faces were lackluster as well. We also had the Alaskan crab legs which sort of made up for the roll. The cake was also pretty great.

Went with my family for happy hour.. Sebastin was an amazing bartender very attentive and sweet.. the older lady behind the bar was very rude! She consistently watched my sister and I as if we were going to run out on the check and even yelled employ Nancy across the bar to the front of the room. The service Sebastin gave is the only reason I gave this place 2 stars.. needless to say I will not be returning!!!

This is an absolutely fantastic local seafood restaurant in downtown Sacramento. It has, quite possibly, the best clam chowder I have ever had! It was simply amazing beyond all expectations!! The ceviche was also incredibly flavorful. Expertly crafted bar drinks and an extremely pleasurable atmosphere. I would positively recommended this restaurant to anyone who loves seafood!!

My first experience was really good. We came as a party of 10. Our server name is binh. He was an exceptional server. Very attentive. Before we needed to ask something he came at the right time to help us with our order. The food is great. The big mix is great choice for big parties. I would definitely recommend station 16 to my friends and family.

Im sitting at the oyster bar and it takes a half hour to get my oysters?? Two guys working the bar and they barely move. There were only two other customers at the bar and they werent ordering. My wifes drink took twenty minutes and I had already finished my beer. Service sucked and food was ehh....

This was one of the funniest restaurants that I have been to. The place was packed we didnt wait to long they ask if you want a drink while you wait. The food was excellent good price , quick service, we ate outside. I would definitely recommend and go back next time Im in Sacramento.

The fish is really good. I had the Snapper, Cajun-style and was really pleased with the taste. Cooked to a delightful perfection, I really enjoyed my meal. However, the sides were not accommodating to the zest of the Station 16, alas. Id definitely go back for more fish experiences.

Great food! I mean excellent, some service could use help. Restaurant is still fairly new. So there are still some miscommunication but over all a really good experience. I had the best prawns and raw oysters Ive ever had, so needless to say I will be going back

Be smart and impress your friends, family or clients by bringing them by this amazing place. The atmosphere is light yet elegant. The staff is happy and knowledgeable and if anything is not to your liking they will do their best to accommodate your needs. GO.

Even with at least 14 staff running around this place still gives horrible service. I didnt catch the managers name, but he was very unprofessional, his staff looked more like customers rather than employees. I wouldnt recommend Station 16.

This place was awesome. I had more than I could eat but was determined to sample one of their skillet dishes along with some of their other signature dishes. The food was great and their craft beer selection was excellent.

The customer service was awesome! The food was good. Ordered most of the appetizers, tofu pizza and the burger. Nice portion sizes. Happy hour you can try appetizers for an affordable price. Nice atmosphere

Horrible the waiter spilled a drink on my n boy and me and it was his bday and took over an hour to get my fried chicken which was Soggy and everyone else was already done eating. I wont be going back

Awesome food, Awesome prices, awesome service. Came here with 4 people, we all had drinks and seafood with two apps for the table. With tip, 150$!!! Had to wheel barrel us out!
