Im only giving this 2 stars because the food tasted good. Every part of the take out was horrendous. It was so bad I wont come back, because I assume it is just as bad whether you sit down to eat or get take out. I was told the food would be ready in 15-20 min, but it ended up taking 50 min. I sat in my car for 25 min before someone came to my window, and I was only the 3rd car in line. My order over the phone was wrong 3 times, and they forgot one of my drinks. But when it takes 7 min for them to go and come back for one thing, I couldnt afford to wait another 7 min for my forgotten drink. Yes, I could have taken the time to straighten everything out, or go inside for additional help, but when you have hungry kids at home and its already taken almost an hour, its not worth it. Sure, they offered to not charge for their mistake, but when I said "I dont care, just please ring me up", they charged me full price anyway. In the end, Im not upset anymore and I really dont care, because they arent getting any more of my business. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me...

Ate here for my 30th birthday with my dad. Took a nice while for us to get helped and it was practly empty. We tried to order the porter house, what we wanted but the waitress kept insisting we order something else, every time we said no I think well get this she kept saying no youll like this better. After what seemed like forever going back and forth as though if we didnt order what she said we wouldnt get served my father and I just gave in and said ok well take that. When the food arrived I asked for rare and it was practly well done, my dad asked for well done and his was burnt. We wanted to send them back but it was getting close to closing and when we mentioned the steaks werent done correctly she gave us this look like omfg and said the grills were probably already down and wouldnt have enough time to make them for us. This birthday is one Ill never forget because the horrible service and food. So very disappointed and my dad still gave her a really nice tip because thats the type of person he is.

Horrible! DO NOT eat at this location! After an average quality meal, we paid using their kiosk that accepted payment in full but did not print receipt. We asked for and received a receipt paid in full. After leaving the restaurant, about 20 minutes later, we were chased down in the parking lot and accused of running out on our bill. This happened in front of colleagues we just met at our professional education conference. Server Mike informed manager Monica that we ran without paying. Both came charging into the parking lot accusing us of, basically, stealing. We showed Monica the receipt, that was not good enough. She wanted us to come back in a pay again. In the end, it was their computer system that screwed up, we received somewhat of an apology but nothing more. We tried to contact the owner, Olin, but he was too busy to discuss the situation. Disgraceful!

First of all we came in and got seated. We sat for almost 20 mins before my wife stopped a waitress and asked where the waitress was that was supposed to wait on our table. And she asked " she hasnt showed up yet" and took are order. The food came in a timely manner but we ordered loaded baked potatoes with our meal and they gave us a potato with sour cream and butter. Then when they caught their mistake they brought the extra toppings in a separate bowl instead of taking them back and correcting them in the kitchen. Then they offered no steak sauce for my steak plus I asked for a medium well steak and they brought me this little burnt dry piece of meat. Then had the nerve to ask for $9.00 in gratuity. Some nerve.

We really love going to Outback. My husband love his Victorias fillet and my Mother-in-law and I get our prime ribs. Occasionally the prime ribs come more cooked that what asked for (medium well, as supposed to medium), but everything is always delicious. I really love their steam broccoli and their Wallaby Darned. The servers are always very nice. I only wish Outback could have make the patio available more frequently to be able to bring out dog in a stroller (she is a small therapy dog, not a service dog) and to minimize the wait.

I love coming here. The location isnt the best but thats the only downside. The staff is always very nice and entertaining and can accommodate people quickly. I called while leaving my home and by the time I arrived there was a table waiting for me and my family. Our waitress was constantly helpful and easily accommodated any changes we needed to make without mistakes. She joked with us and it really seems like she was happy to serve us. We hope to have her be our server the next time we go.

they even want their steak cooked. I eat here at least once a month and I have yet to be disappointed by the scrumptious and fresh food or the great and smiling service. I highly suggest the Teriyaki Ribeye (medium rare) with the signature spanish rice and fresh steamed broccoli with the grated cheddar and jack cheese sprinkled on top. To really round out the meal I order a 22oz. (frozen) mug of Fosters to tingle my palette. CHEERS MATES!!

Extremely nice staff. Ordered the blooming onion, chicken wings, and coconut shrimp. All were cooked well with very good.flavor. The bartender also made a very tasty gimlet on long island iced tea. Failed on the Wild Turkey on the rocks - way too much ice. The drink was watered down in minutes. All in all, a very positive experience. Oh, great location too.

Our typical go-to for a steak is Ellas or Banderas. However our first visit to Outback was surprising as I honestly did not expect much. The steak was good (7/10) and the service was also ok (8/10). For how inexpensive this place is I give it 5 stars. I wish they were open for lunch as this would be a regular lunch place if provided the opportunity.

Waiter was good other than slightly getting one of the orders wrong. Booth was clean. I had the 8oz. Fillet and grilled lobster tail. Fillet was cooked perfectly but wasnt really warm. The lobster tail was good but the size was a joke... Ive had shrimp bigger than that... if you want lobster save your money and go buy one at the market.

Service was great and so was the food. My only problem is I found the food very spicy but it was not described as such. Note to mild palettes, disabled, elderly, get some milk to combat the heat. But really good food, nonetheless. Was perfectly fine for my service dogs, plenty of room under tables.

Delicious steak and excellent service. The waitress gave the wrong table a birthday ice cream, but it wasnt an issue because she played it off and it must be a lot stress for the job. she got all other orders right and they were delicious. Great if you need a bite in town from a chain restaurant.
