My food the fish and chips tasted pretty good. But my friend ordered a vegetarian meal and ask for meat in it and they charged us $5 to add the meat. Unfortunately , the waitress working didnt tell us that adding meat would cost $5. I understand this is a small business and they have to get by. My friend also said that the food was not the best. I recommend making sure the price of stuff before you purchase it if you decide to go to this small business. Because it is a small business I am giving it some Grace.

The atmosphere is really nice. The staff is always courteous and friendly most importantly the food is excellent. Their pies are pretty extraordinary as well. I am myself and other family members frequent this restaurant and I always end up leaving with a full stomach and a smile on my face. I would highly recommend this restaurant to any first timers or anyone who likes good food. Lastly I would highly recommend the salmon burger.

I ordered their garlic fries & they were plain fries with one lump of garlic on top in the center. They did NOT have a good flavor & the garlic was faint. I sent them back & they came back the same. Pricey to be so bland. So I gave them back & asked for them to be taken off my bill. They would NOT take them off so I was charged for something I didnt eat nor take to go. Horrible service. I will NEVER return.

Staff was nice but food was not great. Hollandaise sauce was too acidic, tasted weird. Pancakes were thin and flat, waffles were overcooked, too crispy on outside and hollow inside. Very few breakfast combo/platter options. A la carte and sides add up to an overpriced and underwhelming breakfast. Too expensive. About an hour after eating I had an emergency poop. Will not return or recommend.

The service was great. Derrick is a great server. The food wasnt worth the price. The owner is not well informed about service dogs and the ADA. And, if the owner has an issue with the use of service dogs, he shouldnt talk loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. Derrick is the only reason I dont give one star, because he gets five stars on his own.

Yeah, its true Derrick is a great server. I had stopped coming because the former waitress had made me uncomfortable, though she was a very nice person. The food is better than Dennys for breakfast, and the menu is a little more home-cookin than most places. Little bit spendy for a neighborhood cafe but Ill be back.

I have worked across the street for 2 years now an I kept telling myself I should try it. I wish I had gone sooner. This is the best restaurant I have been to in years. Reasonable prices and great food. If you are looking for great food as friendly atmosphere this is the best place around.

Service was good. The food tasted good. My reason for the two starts is that the fruit was slimy and the grapes were rancid. Also there was some kind of dirt or small rock on the potatoes. We told our server and he asked us if we wanted something else but declined the offer.

Ordered the turkey sandwich asked for jalapenos & pickles and was charged extra without being informed after the sandwich itself is $10. Service is slow and serving portions arent that big. Red potatoe salad tastes sour. I do not recommend

Every time the quality isnt as good . the grilled cheese is a blob of one kind of cheese just not good . their burgers are dry and not seasoned well. The soup is runny the wings are OK . all kinda bland . I cook better from home
