Ive been going to this place for years now and their food is delicious but today I witnessed something that made me think twice about going back. The woman, who I believe to be one of the managers, was apparently not dealing with the stress of the rush well. I entered the cafe and she told me to come in and shut the door even though that would mean that I would have to stand very close to the group in front of me. The ladies were very polite about it in the end but still it was not adverse weather conditions and I had only just entered. As I approached the front of the line there was a woman and her child, who was no more than 5 or 6, ahead of me. The manager woman asked her to step forward and the customer said politely that she would like to wait for the other cashier because it was her sons aunt and he wanted to say hello. The manager woman again insisted she take her order stating that they were too busy for this. After offering to step aside until her sister was through with her customer the manager woman becoming even more irritated and persistent said that they were too busy and she would send the sister over when they were through. The customer mentioned that she wanted to order still but her son wanted to order from his aunt. The manager woman flat out said, "No" and followed it with, "I need you to step up and order." The customer finally caved and stepped up ordering herself but the attitude continued. She asked if they had any of a particular soup left and was met with a, "Well its up on the board isnt it?!" (Irony struck when they realised they were ultimately out of that soup.) Any ways to sum up I did find out later that they used to work together and didnt get along but with any place and in any situation professionalism is important. I was deeply upset by this interaction and it will stop me from visiting this establishment as often.

Owner has very bad customer service... is very rude... my friend and I were sitting outside having a conversation when the owner rudely asked us to leave that the seating was for customers only... no sign indicates this fact and there werent any customers around at all...i would understand if they were busy.... my friend and i are very will dressed business women...i did not like being treated like I was homeless or riff raff or a youth with nothing to do... its sad I have lost my favorite frozen yogurt spot.... Will not return and I will tell everyone I know to not give their business to this establishment... sad I had to take my business to Starbucks who allow customers to sit and converse with or without purchase.

This is the best cafe I have ever been to. Ive been going here for approximately 18 years and they have the best sandwiches and frozen yogurt, milkshakes and homemade soups and awesome mochas. You feel like youre home with a relaxing atmosphere and wonderful people. And the owners treat you like your family. They also have a very friendly crew that work for them. If I could give it more than a 5 star rating I would because its the best place to go to.

Great place in the morning. Not busy and you can focus on your studies or what ever you may be working at. Loved the corner where you can see the intersection of manzanita and Madison and get the feel of life around you going fast while you enjoy a cup of coffee with great aroma. Recommend this place if you need to gets things done in the mornings. Very friendly customer service.

The sandwich was okay, it wasnt terrible but it wasnt fantastic. And when we went to order we originally wanted a full sandwich but were told that the half sandwiches are huge and the full would be way to much. So we got a half. Got the food and were disappointed, the sandwich was very small and we ended up having to order more food after since we were starving.

When my stepmom was pregnant, Madison Station Café yogurt was all she wanted. It was really awesome food,yogurt,and service. The people working were always friendly and polite, and they.always remembered us, which made us feel like a valued customer. Im eating one of their sandwhiches as we speak and all I can say is "¡Este sándwich es delicioso!

A humble establishment not to be overshadowed by the neighboring Starbucks (which, by the way if you are caught parking here but going to Starbucks you may be towed). Offers free Wi-Fi. I recommend the BBQ Beef Sandwich if youre not afraid to get messy. Great food.

This places milkshakes are phenomenal. The oreo supremo is exceptionally amazing because its made with chocolate frozen yogurt instead of vanilla :)
