I was planning on giving Dash of Panache 5 stars. The Tea Service was really precious with heart shaped sandwiches for the children and heart shaped brownies. The attention to detail was superb and I have done it all... all over the world. So I am not easily impressed. I was incredible pleasantly surprised that I had zero complaints. Although I heard from 2 people at our table that the loo was disgustingly filthy!!! Here is where this business lost 2 stars from me... just as we were ready to leave a server was cleaning a table and stacked way too many dirty glass dishes on her one arm. Of course they came crashing down!!! My 5yr old daughter & I were hit by several shards of broken glass. 1 piece the size of an ice cube hit my ankle! It was ABSURD!!! We are so lucky we werent seriously injured!!! THEY WERE LUCKY!!! A server was so horrified that she insisted to get the owner to come to our table. The owner only made the whole incident so much WORSE!!! This guy (Scott) not only did NOT offer any type of compensation for this nightmare but he had the audacity to look my 5yr old lil girl in the eye and tell her "At least it woke you up!" Are you kidding me?!? So 3 stars is being seriously generous!!! I had planned to purchase merchandise they were selling. But now... NO WAY!!!

My BFF and I went to Panache for tea on Sunday April 1st. It was a big disappointment; I could not believe the black tablecloth and dark space. (Looked kind of Gothic) The restaurant itself could have used a good cleaning. Why when I think of High Tea, I picture brightness, flowers, Airy surroundings, pleasant smells and hot baked scones? Well, that certainly would not describe Panache. The Tea, I chose was delicious, the scone, was hard as a rock. Now the server said that she had to bake something to add to the lunch, that certainly was not it. We shared one whole sandwich with the crust removed, a pin wheel, 5 small and I do mean small crackers, and a cucumber cover something??? The next course was soup or salad, I chose salad, and it was not bad. The dessert 1 scoop of ice cream, a half of a half of a brownie bite, and a half of a half of a half of a cheese cake bite, and two thin orange slices with whip cream. Did she say she had to bake something?

My sister organized my baby shower from this location. Its a fun spot to have baby or bridal showers. And they do have a room for kids events. They have a party helper that does the games and helps take orders from each guests. Its less hassle on the party host. I loved their scones and fresh cream. Ive been there prior to my baby shower to have high tea with my friends. We didnt have reservations. There was a guy who was like, I can get you ladies a table. But another lady comes and says no. Were occupied and not enough tables. The restaurant was empty. I couldnt get it. We went across the street and ate. Afterwards we went pass this place to our cars and the restaurant was still empty.

My wife and daughter with the first time and I seen their pictures and what they told me so I go and take my daughter and my wife and son for my daughters birthday and we got less of the food less drinks and we paid way more then my wife and daughter wet by themselves I give it a two and a half Stars its a nice place for a tea party for little kids it made my daughter happy so I didnt complain or say anything but I was dissatisfied with the portions of their food I dont think I will go here again

Very disappointing. I have been to several tea houses over the years and this place is over priced and the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. I have never been to a high tea where each guest is given one of each item. There are usually way more than everyone can eat. We were only given one pot of tea each and we were never offered more hot water. The decorations were plain and it felt like we were in a warehouse. Not what I was expecting at all. We spent $173 for four adults and one child.

My daughter got the living social deal for four of us.Me, daughter,7 yr.old granddaughter and her friend.they loved the dressing up part.tea for the adults, pink lemonade or fruit punch for the children.and the 4 coarse meal was amazing.it was like having our own little tea party.just loved it :-)

Love this place but why not open on Saturdays? That seems it would be your busiest day? Thats the one day its easiest for my family to go there. Just dont understand that... So I give it 3 stars for lack of convenience and my girls will probably not be able to go much now.

I am grading in just their ice cream. They are VERY generous with their portions, I could barely finish the one scoop! And its Gunthers Ice Cream, so its yummy yummy!
