Every single day i come before work to grab my daily coffee and people are always great but this last experince i had with a girl that works there was by far a negative experince she was very unpolite she works in the drive thru she gave me a not so nice face when i asked for a cup holder knowing i ordered 3 drinks and i was driving let alone i told her have a good day and she didnt reply being a store manager i know thats not the right customer serivce although this wont stop me from buying my daily cofee i suggest they should have a customer service training with her i dont recall her name but she was a younger hispanic lady

I have been coming to this Starbucks for 5 plus years now. This Starbucks sets the bar for other Starbucks to follow. They bring a small town vibe to the place and go above and beyond for their customers. If you are a regular they get to you know by name, what drink you get and make it feel at home. Even when the place is hopping they always smile and get your beverages out in time. In the years I have been coming here, they never messed up an order once. Keep up the good work everyone and I will be seeing you tomorrow

The drinks are never the problem. Every time I go here, the asian guy working the window is a real schmuck. This is the 4th, 4th time! they got my order wrong and Id simply asked for them to remake it and he tends to have this auto response "Uh, the drinks already made". Thank you schmuck. Around late afternoon, I advice you to pick a Starbucks somewhere else if you want good service.

Worst starbucks ever... I work at home Depot and every time I go there no lie it takes up my whole lunch break, even if Im the only one in the damn place. More worried about the drive thru then the customers inside.... so if you have lots of time to kill this is the best place to go. And my Fraps are always watery. When will I ever learn!?!?

Im from Tacoma (sea-tac airport) if you dont know its the more ghetto and diverse city next to Seattle. This Tracy Starbucks have never argued with me about if my drink was right or wrong if I thought a mistake was made. I tip them in cash when I get a good drink. They do starbucks justice unlike most others in the valley. #fourstars

This place never have items that are im the menu. Even the STRAWS the lack on. Always gets orders wrong. This location is a shame for the Starbucks CO. This is the kind of location that gives the Starbucks name a bad reputation. You will be better off going to another location. Look at the Straws they give you on the picture below

I ordered a caramel Macciato and they ran out of Vente cups so the divided it up in 2 tall cups , so here Iam with 4 cups because I ordered 2 drinks, and 1 tasted like a macciatto and 1 tasted like milk! bad deal, lazy way to push off the cups and bad experience.. that sucked....

Literally the worst Starbucks ever! Given them a million chances over the last 3 years and nothing has changed. They are constantly handing out wrong drink orders and almost never have ingredients to make normal menu items let alone any specialty drinks. Done with this place!

A little too busy for their own good. Horribly understaffed. There was one barista for the store and four people servicing the drive-through. Watched the Barista pull my shots and let them sit for over five minutes before pouring them into my drink.
