We have been here before and have generally enjoyed the food. However, I would have liked to have known that their kitchen closes so they could prep for dinner as after this frustrating day, I was really looking forward to one of their hot lunches. My salad however was very tasty, and I left in a better mood than I came in. The frustration that almost two thirds of their menu was unavailable and made me start this review was quelled. I request that they fix their website to reflect the hours of the kitchen. Also FYI, though they are open until 9 as per their website, the kitchen closes at 8. So plan accordingly.

so my friend April has started working here and to make a long story short. I get a text from my sister who has tried this place and tells me she saw my friend there working. So I look at the website and give her a call. The maple bacon cinnamon rolls looked great so we ordered 8 for pick up this morning. These rolls are to die for! They are cooked correctly not over done and not under done and my technicians are going bananas over them ( not to mention us office folk) You want something divine? Go in there on Saturdays when she usually makes these bad boys and order on...youll see what Im talking about!

As a lover of good corned beef hash. This was truly different. Great flavor, prepared over potatoes, spinach, onions, green and red pepper slices. The peppers almost over powered the beef. Perfectly prepared one egg, the other egg poached hard. Good meal just a little too much water in the bowl that it is served in. Great blueberry jam for the one slice of extra ordered toast. $1.30 really interesting as meal does not come with any bread. Still I will return to try the great flavor again. Service friendly and efficient. LaFB will be a keeper. Although those peppers keep returning.

There is an apartment behind the cafe and whenever they cook anythink we always have a strong bad smell and I think they should make this legal because they are lower than us and they need a higher smoke pipe higher than our apartment because we have elders here and when ever we open our windows we cant breathe because of all that smoke coming from this cafe please solve this problem

Great neighborhood location with fantastic breakfast, over the top baked goods and pastries, lunch menu is very good, burgers are ground and cooked at time of ordering, all the salad dressings are homemade and dinners have a consistent mainstay menu and also feature worldly themed specials ( I really love the Italian nights) that are delicious. We go to Love at least once a week!!

I came in the weekend after this place was written up in the bee. The staff was doing a good job of dealing with being truly slammed. We waited an hour for our food, let me just say, it was totally worth it! Great pancakes, solid biscuits and gravy, amazing cinnamon roll. But the real highlight was the breakfast burger. This place bakes their own brioche buns, so good.

Waited 10 mins to get a menu. Another 15 mins to have our order taken. An hr goes by before someone comes to our table saying sorry that the food is taking so long and was offered a muffin for the wait. We waited 15-20 and no muffin showed up. We only had coffee and orange juice. The juice was warm. We got fed up and let money for the drinks and left..

Great service, friendly staff and excellent food. The food is fresh, cooked to order and priced accordingly. I would rather pay a little more for quality then go home feeling like I dont know what I just ate. We need more food establishments like this who care about what they serve. The food was amazing. We went for breakfast. All fresh quality ingredients. You can tell they care about the food they serve. The chocolate chip cookies here are just about the best I ever had. The staff was great, very friendly and attentive. I have found my new regular breakfast spot and cant wait to try the lunch and dinner menus.

Absolutely AMAZING food!!! Service was great and our waitress April was FANTASTIC!! Not to mention dessert was incredible, we got the raspberry lemon parfait cake and the strawberry champagne cake. I was very pleased with the desert not being overly sweet. Cant wait to come back and try other stuff!

Menu items are made from scratch and delicious. Servers are friendly and knowledgeable. It seems to take a long time to receive your food, but it tastes scrumptious once it arrives. Also, some of the chairs are harder than others that are padded.
