Last night I went to Popeyes for 2 #5 wing platters. I was told it would take 8 minutes for my order to be ready. I was told to pull around to the parking lot and wait for my order to be brought to me. After waiting for 30 minutes I went inside to see why I had not received my food. The clerk who took my order at the window had an attitude when I inquired about my order (seriously???) Another clerk tried to send me out with the wrong order (chicken strips). I showed her my receipt, told her I had been waiting for 30 minutes and my food should be done. Come to find out that they never cooked any wings and I was told that I would have to wait for another "6 minutes". I demanded my money back. Why keep taking orders when you know you cant fill them? As I waited outside I noticed several other angry customers waiting for their order. The same went for the inside of the restaurant. People waiting and a customer returning with an incomplete order and teaspoon of red beans and rice they tried to pass off on him. He told me he had already gone home and had to drive back. This was pure chaos. I waited for 30 minutes and left with nothing. RIDICULOUS!!!!

I came here at 10:20. Had one person in the drive thru before me. Placed my order at 10:38 at the speaker box. They told me I would have to wait 15 mins for 10 orders of the Tuesday special, as they would have to cook it. I agreed to the wait. At 10:40 they informed me (again. Maybe they didnt want the business) that I would have to wait 15 mins for 5 orders of the special, once I got to the payment window and was addressed. I told them I had already been informed of the wait and I had ordered 10 orders. After a dirty questioning look she placed the order to the cook. I am currently waiting outside. Hope they bring my chicken. There was another guy waiting outside when I got here at 10:20. He just left (10:45ish). 10:55pm right now--they close at 11. Getting my money back is going to be a pain in the neck. Last time I come here. Its a shame upon the owner of the establishment.

Horrible service. Placed order at the drive thru and the girl kept interrupting and rushing me. I arrived at 11pm and they close at midnight! Out of certain chicken and kept having to pick something different. To top it off after I paid I was ask to wait in the front for the order. Took over 25 minutes to receive. Shouldnt promote $5 meals with no product and horrible service.

This is a terrible location. Every single time Ive gone both drive through and walk in Ive had a problem. Wrong items, missing items and slow service. Its too bad because I like the chicken and its close to me. When the location was on Holt a few years back the operation was much better. I drive to Donahoos instead.

Horrible service, big girl with purple lipstick lied to me about her manager telling me they had no biscuits. Manager never told me that. Rude tone, disrespectful to me when I was being polite. Idk how these people get jobs ....

Today I got here with my wife, I ordered 16 Psc , but that cashier charged me 26.15 that was crazy. Usually I ordered 16psc at EL mote Popeyes . That price was only 16 bucks. By the way , Service was horrible!
