It smells horrible due to the open sewer drainage holes on the bathroom and wherever else they are.this used to be my go to el polo loco until the smell just got too much for me.the owner of this location needs to quit being a cheapskate and fix the problem.I do not know how anyone can stand being in there and eating.it has been like this for a long time...fix your sewage problems or get rid of the drainage holes.its disgusting.

Its a typical Pollo Loco. Think of it as Mexican-ish fast food. The dining room is a bit on the dirty side. When I was there it was obvious the focus of all the employees is on the drive thru customers. Anything on the menu that isnt solely chicken is probably not going to love up to its name. Especially the salads. This place is good for a quick cheap bite nonetheless.

this was one of the first pollo loco ever to charge me extra for cilantro dressing, and to beginning with why charge extra when u dont give out one to start off with and didnt even added cilantro dressing to my burrito?? i got stuck eating a dry ass burrito with salty ass chips. thanks for nothing morons
