We just stumbled in a couple of months ago and have been weekly patrons ever since. The whole team is great, food is great, and it is always clean which is a huge deal to us. The number one reason we became regulars is because of Kyle. You will never meet a genuinely nicer young man with true customer service. He is someone that will go far in life. Chick fil a thanks for employing such a great guy. For the record we are not relatives in case you are wondering but now feel like we are from Kyles great service. Eat here and youll be full and happy. What a great team of people!

The food and service is great but they allow really rude and disrespectful people. Every time I have come there is always a man sitting in there showing signs about hating same sex marriage and really hateful things. Im surprised a restaurant would allow that on a daily basis. Regardless of how the company feels that is really hateful to allow things like that to take place. I am not apart of the LGBT personally but I support my friends and family and I feel uncomfortable there....I rather go somewhere I dont feel uneasy.

Not recommended. This is the location we usually go. Everytime, wed ask for a specific amount of sauces but since the "training manager - jordan" was told to limit the amount given at the window unless the customers can be inconvenienced to park and come into the restaurant to ask for more. Definitely picked the wrong manager for customer service. Rather the company picked one, who will try to make the food that much more unenjoyable for my kid. Thanks. I love Chick-fil-A, even as a vegetarian I love it because of the great fries and the Chick-fil-A sauce! The only reason Im giving this location 4 out of 5 stars is because as a vegetarian I order the grilled cheese, which is kind of false advertising because its more of a cheese sandwich, the bread is warm but the cheese isnt melted. Still tastes good! But doesnt everything with Chick-fil-A sauce?

Ive had a great experience at every Chick-fil-A Ive been to. Always clean, good food, and very, very nice employees. This location is no exception to that. I havent had any problems with sauces either. Perhaps some people are just too greedy and always have to have more then they really need. Keep up the good work team Chick-fil-A and enjoy your Sundays off. You all deserve it.

Denise offered the best customer experience. She was incredibly tentative, patient, and conversational. She even gave us cleaning wipes to wipe our hands down once we were finished eating. Denise should be the prime example at this Chick-fil-A of a genuinely kind employee of an already customer facing first establishment like Chick-fil-A.

We love Chick-fil-A and this is one of our favorite locations! Always great, friendly and fast service at the El Toro location. True, there is no play area for the kids but they have a car show on Tuesdays and they are always planning family-friendly activities. My kids love it!!!

Really good chicken for fast food. Wish I lived near a Chick-fil-A but it is an hour away. But I try to stop when visiting an area with one. The staff here was friendly and my food was as ordered, good tasting, and nice and hot.

It was your regular Chick-fil-A. We had never been to one before. My kids liked it. They loved the table with crayons and coloring sheets. The also liked the stick on place mats. It is a pretty cool restaurant.

As good as other locations nearby, not had any issues with getting orders wrong. The inside doesnt have self service on Chick-Fil-A sauces, get them from the cashier when ordering.
