Came in 5 minutes to close and was greeted and helped by Oscar. He was very helpful and friendly and he speedily answered a couple questions I had and even convinced me to add a side item to my order! The food then came out quickly and tasted great! I will probably be more likely to eat at KFC now because of a couple successive positive experiences here mostly due to the very helpful staff members. Would also like to shout out the short female cashier with glasses, she was very nice and professional.

ordered 4 piece extra crispy breast and wing meal with two sides. got 4 piece extra crispy breast, breast, thigh, drum. check your order, ordered 5:25 pm 1/28/2014 Overcharged again

They let me sit in the lobby for 30 min before asking me what I ordered because they deleted my order.. man , Always problems here. And then it was cold food ..
