Yesterday I visited the Culver Drive location and ordered a Family Box of 16 pieces of chicken and four sides, it came with biscuits and an extra two sides. The order took a while to complete but my number came up. Normally I wouldnt bother to check my order but as it was quite large my husband and I checked through it at the nearest table. Instead of total six sides I had five, and instead of 16 pieces of chicken I had only 8!!!!! I took my receipt and complaint to the counter. To my surprise no one asked to check my order, there was no apology from the staff, no one took the person who packed my order aside and asked them what happened. It was as though no one was surprized that I was complaining. What would have happened had I not checked the order and had driven the 15 minutes home and then come back??? An assistant did pack me 8 pieces of chicken, these were perhaps the smallest pieces she could find. Unfortunately there arent any other KFC nearby. I shall not be a frequent customer to this location in Culver Drive and I suggest that any customer who does go there checks their order to see that they are not being short changed as the stores lack of concern makes me think this is common practise at this restaurant.

I ordered a bean and cheese with guacamole and a 5 layer burrito w/o nacho cheese and put guacamole instead...the young lady helping me replied with we dont carry those burritos,....I didnt know the burritos came made already flash fozen to be microwaved at any moment. How hard is it to remove one ingredient and replace it with another? Or just simply add an extra ingredient?....I guess they are hiring just about anyone now......edit 2 min after that i walked in and ordered with another employee he was able to make my forbidden burritos w/o a problem. The female was working the drive thru at 215pm august 4th........edit #2 Got home was excited to eat my food, the order was wrong....holy cheesy rice really?...Dont come here, make that extra few minute trip to another one franchise, youll save yourself a brain tumor.

Awful. I bought a bucket of grilled drumstick and thighs to take to the Verizon Amphitheater last night for picnic and concert. I picked up the chicken at 5:30 pm and started the picnic at around 6:00 pm. Prior to this I had good experience with the grilled chicken twice in the past few months. But the chicken we had last night was so dry and overcooked, they tasted like cardboard. Pieces on the side cant even be chewed. We were very disappointed that the staff at the store would serve chicken to us which had obviously been cooked and left out for a very long time. SK

Went in July 6 and ordered at 6:30....was not given food until 7:15 and then had to speak to a manager to get it because they lost the order. In general the entire walk in crowd was waiting at least 45 minutes for their chicken, but drive through went through at the same pace...no wait...why is walk in trade less valued than drive in trade? I have never had worse service anywhere and do not plan to return. Orders should be filled in the order received. They were even skipping around the orders inside and several were lost.

Love KFC, but the girl with the ugly tattoos on her arms who took my order was cold, indifferent and acting weird. Please have order takers that are receptive and friendly, and that would make a world of difference to me. Of the many choices I had in that area I chose there, and I am a repeat customer. Next time Im in the area....no!

I had the 3 piece meal and threw up in the bathroom I told the worker and said I would pay for the coke because that was fine and got a partial refund minus the coke. It is not good in this country in the uk its amazing but here its absolutely below standard for food quality. What has happened to our food supply dont know!

Love hate relationship with this place. I love the convenience of fast food but almost every other time they mess up my order. The manager has been apologetic but still, it gets old. I also find that because there are so many items being warmed and "cooked" , its not the safest place if you have a Gluten allergy.

Not the greatest experience at this location. The food was okay but the chicken was a little dry and stale. The restaurant itself needs a good cleaning. It feels like there is a layer of grease that coats the walls and permeates the air. There were also unruly teenagers running amok in the dinning area. Meh.

Fathers Day Sunday just now.. I go in and there were perhaps two people ahead of me. I ordered my meal and it took long enough to get the food that I had time to drink an entire large soda and refill it and then some before my food was ready. 20 minutes for two pieces of chicken is entirely wrong

If you like your feet sticking on the floor from all the spilled soda and not being able to find a clean table to sit at this is the place for you. Not sure what gas station they got the bathrooms from as well. The people are very nice.

I arrived at a time when it wasnt too busy and received excellent customer service. Had an almost $100 order that was prepared very quickly. I do believe that having two places crammed into one is a bad idea though.

Sign for the place is actually pretty obscure from inside the mini mall. Decent service, nothing special otherwise, at least better than other franchise branches that are objectively bad.

Very inconstant store hours. Its always a gamble as to if its open during the posted hours. Just went and its suppose to open till 1am yet i arrived at 1155pm and they were closed.

They always forget an item, mess up an order, or overcharge! This is the 3rd time its happened to me.
