December/17 at 1:30pm. Hadnt been to a popeyes in a couple of months. When I got up to the menu board I wasnt sure what I wanted to order so I asked the guy over the microphone to give me just a sec. He had no problem with that. I looked for a minute, decided to get something new and try the spice box chicken meal. When I called out to let the cashier know I was ready I was talked back to by a different cashier who sounded like he might be high. I gave the cashier my order and pulled up to the window. When I got to the window I was told by the original cashier that I would have to wait three minutes for my frys. I proceeded to wait for roughly three minutes till another customer pulled up behind me, so I pulled up further. Finally someone came out and handed me my meal. The person who did was nice I suppose. All in all not worth it considering there are several other fast food places near by.

i went to popeyes today and i tryed paying with my card but it didnt have my name so i had to leave and pull out money and go baack to popeyes, i placed my order to go i even repeated my order twice when i got home my order was all wrong and u would expect that thru the drive thru but i went in the lobby. i am so upset because i live in ontario so its not like i can just go back but the thing that furiates me is that when i called to talk to the manager she was so rude she didnt even let me speak, she kept on insisting that my order was correct i cant believe i was treated like that i hope someone dose something about this because i dont want no one els to get service or treated the way i was today. i dont even feel like going back to popeyes eney more and i really love popeyes what a disappointment.

I want to give 5 stars because I often go there and receive a great service. But today Nov 1 2016, the service is lousy. At around 3pm, I order thru Drive-thru speaker 5 order of Tuesday Spcl. When the staff ask me the order, she didnt pay attention well because I can hear that shes in the middle of conversation with her friends. And she didnt repeat my order to confirm it. At the end I only get the order of two ONLY. Thank GOD there is no line in drive-thru lane so I can order another 3. But pls..if you are the supervisor/manager of this store, pay attention to the staff to do their job well. They can have fun but please dont affect the quality of your service to customer. I hope this helps to improve yr service.

I dont even know how people can post a good review about this Popeyes location? It must be friends of the workers, employees are kids that dont know what their doing. The chicken taste like it had been sitting in a warmer all day and they cant even get an order right. Theyre too busy talking to each other not realizing that they are there to work and take care of the customers, not even worth minimum wage in my opinion.

I asked before i purchased chicken yesterday if there is MSG in their chicken. The girl at the window did not know. I then asked her to ask the manager, she did not know. As a manager, they should know what is in there products. So i end up MSG poisoning and got very ill. Beware MSG in there chicken!!

Worst popeyes I have ever tasted! I eat popeyes once a weak first time at this location. Never again!! My chicken was dry as cardboard and had a taste of freezer burn. I asked for spicy and there was no taste at all. The popcorn shrimp had more spice.

Very very customer friendly unlike any other Popeyes Ive visited I mean they waited tables almost to make sure I had everything I needed and smiles that would cheer up anybody having a bad day.. love that chicken from Popeyes!!!

Went in to have meal replaced because it was cold, went to get replacement meal and that too was cold and the order was in correct. Go the extra distance and visit the popeyes on 4th street in Ontario

Chicken is made when order takes them about 10 min for the order to be completed and they take it to your car. Food is delicious and fresh will definitely be coming back

Popeyes has crispy chicken and spicy or mild. Also they I ften have a changing value priced box, sometimes for $4. They advertise alot do you can keep up with that.
