Used to be great service. Not anymore. Gave us half an order of Mac and cheese last week which we didnt discover until we got home. Last Saturday, service took forever to take the order. Waiter was too busy flirting with chicks in the corner. Tonight we order a burger, slaw and scalloped potatoes. Pretty simple. I get the order but have the sense to check it in the car. No potatoes. Sure they can make me some. Ten minutes later I have my potatoes and a nice cold burger. Why bother? Got home. The potatoes werent done and were so salty they could not be eaten. Had to take them back for a refund. Manager couldnt have cared less.

Très bon bar. Bonne ambiance. Deco sur le thème rugby. Les burgers sont excellents. À essayer si vous êtes dans le coin. Je ne connais pas la fréquence des représentations musicales mais en deux weekend jai eu le droit à deux très bonnes prestations rock. Barbecue à lextérieur par beau temps.

This was a really good place to eat. The hostess, servers and bus boy were all very friendly and attentive. Service was very fast. I got a hamburger which was probably one of the best hamburgers Ive ever had! (seriously impressive). Price was reasonable at around 11$ for a giant burger and a pile of fresh French fries, and the Saturday night I ate there the kitchen was open till ten. Really great rock and roll music playing, rugby decor all around and sports on the TVs. if I lived in San Francisco I would definitely be a regular at this bar. Great spot!

Avoid the hamburgers at all cost. They took half an hour or more to be served. Overcooked, no flavor and cold french fries. This, even tho we asked the waitress to check our order because of the long time lapse. We ate little and declined a box for leftovers which comprised about 2/3 of the plate. And, expensive to boot. The only redeeming aspect: the onion rings. They were tasty. I find it hard to believe the poor quality of the burger and fries and the indifferent service. Never again. Two stars only because of the onion rings.

Woah boy! This place can be packed at random times due to its being a rugby bar. Was there for lunch on a Saturday and so many little league rugby players were there too. I really dig the spot. The food is good, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are incredibly nice. I was really impressed with their beer selection. I dragged my friends here because its unique and fun and they had a great time. This place is in my "repeat visit" section when thinking of places to go.

We (6 0f us) arrived on Saturday (4/22/17) @7:45p. -Warriors 1st round playoffs, crowded. We sat separately for appox. 15 mins. (Ok) It was really busy so I will give the staff a bit of leeway, orders were mixed up or incorrect but thats ok BUSY. KARAOKE NIGHT!! HAD FUN, EVENTUALLY EVERYONE HAD THEIR FOOD & DRINK, AND HAD FUN.. SECOND TIME HANGING AT THE UP&UNDER, GOOD THE SECOND TIME AROUND. .

Great service, fast and friendly. Food came out in good time and tasted great. Portions were just right, price was as expected. Got a special treat, the owner sat down with us and had a great conversation about who was going to win this weekends rugby. But they tell me this is all part of the up n under experience. I will go out of my way to come back here.

Felt like I was part of a bait and switch. The website menu doesnt match the actual menu and while the food was good it wasnt worth what we paid for it, way overpriced. I ordered a domestic beer and they brought me an ale. I would have rather gone to Outback or Applebees, at least there I know what Im getting.

You gotta love this rugby themed pub that constantly has all kinds of sports playing on their screens. It also has trivia TUesdays where you can get down and dirty with your knowledge. Enjoy some beers on tap (my top three favs) Guinness, Newcastle, and Smithwicks!

Great for drinks and hanging out, and an excellent beer selection, veggie burger is tasty but falls apart so beware if you want a clean shirt when youre done. Grilled cheese is not very good but thats the only complaint I have

Atmosphere was great, decor was great. Mixed drinks were poured nice and strong along with some great choices of beer. Great place to go and meet the locals for great bar food and drinks. I will definitely be coming back.

Rick and Scott- Both got hamburgers. The bun was the best I had ever had, but the hamburger had no flavor with a lot of fat pieces in it. Scott did not finish his. On top of that I was double charged on my credit card.

Went here with a buck of people from Hak5. Even with the place packed they still managed to handle our party and get us all the food and drinks we ordered. The place gets busy but that didnt stop them from keeping up.

I like this place. The onion rings are very good. The cheeseburger and bacons is delicious. Did I mention that this restaurant supports some Richmond school activities. Oh, yes the staff, good friendly people.

The food is Great! We went there for mothers day because it was the only place still open and the service was still great even though they were closing. I would recommend this place to my friends any day.

Rugby themed Sports Bar. Great place for Football (all versions) and sports in General. Only negative is that it gets loud quick. The sound seems to bounce - they should invest in acoustic tiles
