Last night (7/4/2017) at about 1am, the lady running the drive thru window was very rude for no apparent reason. She wouldnt even look out at me while she was continuing to talk on her headset and looking sideways with her arm extended out the window. She literally didnt say a single word to me during the entire transaction, besides when I ordered through the speaker. They get a second star simply because the food was decent. This lady needs some help with her customer service. So careless!

The employees were saying that they didnt have any good except breakfast sandwiches (no hash browns for the breakfast foods either, only the breakfast sandwich itself with no offer of a substitute for the items they were missing!). That in and of itself wasnt the issue, the problem was that there was a pretty long line backes into the street. It would have been a smart move to post a sign stating that they didnt have any food to serve so that people wouldnt get stuck in a long line.

Great food, but the cook Not cant read the order ticket properly !! I wanted toco lettuce on burger, Not leaf lettuce ! Maybe they need glasses !! Or more experience / better training / pay per hour to do their job better !! Probably their 1st job, eh ? I guess that: " Special orders DO upset us", as they say !! This was at the pleasant hill location, in California. Wonderful, eh ?

In the drive-thru I experienced prompt, polite service, a fair price, fresh and hot food, plus a free jumbo sized cup of ice - most places give only a small or junior size for free ice - I assumed that they would give me a small sized cup, but they did not. The lobby and drive-thru are open 24/7/365. Now I know why it gets crowded late at night.

Food was cold. One employee, Sunshine, was complaining that she was only supposed to work 12 to 6. It was 6:02. Didnt give us any sauce asked for, didnt give us part of our order and left us sitting at the window so she could count her drawer. We had to get another employees attention to get the rest of our order.

The food is good.but the staff is slow.they spend to much time talking with each other.i stood there for 10minutes the other day to get a coffee.they just kept looking at me and focusing on the drive throuh.i ask 3 times if they could take my order.i was ignored. So i walked out without ordering
