Horrible service. I made a to-go order. They said it takes 5 mins for my order to be ready. I went after 40 mins to pick up my order. They said that they donot have my order. I was asked if I placed the order in the first place. I played the audio recording of my phone via phone. The waitress identified the waiter who took the order. The guy didnot submit my order. It never went through. I was left standing there. No one apologized and no one asked me to wait. They just sent the order to kitchen and went back to their work. I am still standing there waiting for someone to explain what happened and request to wait for few mins. i had to wait for the next 25 mins hoping someone will bring my order out. Given the situation i would have hoped they prioritized my order and deliver it fast. But guess I was already hoping too much from them. Finally my order came, they still made me wait for another 15 mins to deliver me the food. Most horrible service. And this is not the first time it happened. I called them twice before for take out order. They put me on hold for 10 mins and no one came back to take me order. I hung up and called them again and told them what happened, they said they are busy and put me on hold again for 10 mins. It happened twice. I am not going back there again. Horrible service and management. They have no clue how to run the place if some customers show up. They panic. The guy at the front desk is not flexible and creative.

Malísima atención estuvimos esperando 45 minutos por la comida el mesero Cesar que Dios lo ayude no entiendo como esta trabajando en ese lugar la comida estaba fría fría fría nos llevo lo que no pedimos el Mánager solo dijo que le faltaron cocineros q disculparamos...no volvemos ir a ese lugar el BAÑO UNA ASQUEROSIDAD EL MCDONALDS ESTA MAS LIMPIO QUE EN ESTE IHOP QUE LASTIMA QUE SIENDO TAN RECONOCIDOS SEAN TAN SUCIOS

We had to wait in line even if there were sufficient tables, but I understand since they were understaffed. The drinks they served were all right but I had to specifically ask for straws since they didnt provide them. There were also a lot of empty coffee pitchers on the tables and we thought we can have coffee but they replaced them with full ones. The food was as expected and tasted great. The only one thing I noticed is that their lighting/ambience was very boring and sleepy. I found myself and my companions feeling sleepy while in there, but as soon as we went out we felt a lot more awake. Maybe this is because we were sitting down and it was close to midnight, but just wanted to let people know.

This was a tough decision. The food was all good. Unfortunately there were some negatives that robbed them of a star. Other then taking my order my waitresses never came back to my table. No jelly for my bread. Took an extended time to get my food. Table beside me ordered after but got thers way befor me. Some random staff walked buy and droped off my check. Just no assistance or customer service. Even paying my bill there was no Thanks for coming, how was everything or any positive interaction. So no tip and only 3 stars.

The meal was excellent, no problems there, and our waiter was absolutely perfect. But, when we were eating, we were hearing some waitresses and another waiter were chatting and laughing towards the back of the dining area, and they definitely were not subtle about it, and it was a little distracting to our conversations. I would give the experience a 4 and not a 3 solely because our waiter was very helpful with us. We would still eat here, when we come down to visit family.

Ordinarily I have the expected experience at this IHOP. however, today was different. I was served cold food, and sent it back to the kitchen. I would have been fine with that if they had returned with fresh cooked food. but instead they microwaved it and returned it to me. How do i know it was microwaved you ask? the yolk in the eggs dont lie. bottom line, if you have to wait for a table, just go somewhere else. they failed under pressure.

Discusting bathroom, a literal lake of pee at the toilet stall. Food took well over 40 mins to arrive at the table. Drinks did not get refilled, and when I finally got the pancakes they were overcooked, without flavor, and chewy. McDonalds has better pancakes then this IHOP. This is during overnight hours, so maybe they just need to replace some night crew. But damn.

My food came out kind of cold....the waitress took it back and my eggs were still not hot...I was hungry so I ate...when they asked me how everything was I told them about the eggs and without hesitation they rectified the situation, I didnt have to ask them to do it they did it automatically... great service.. would definitely eat there again.

Went here for breakfast this morning and my husband asked for coffee, ahe poured into a cup that wasnt cleaned. It had lipstick mark on it. Not only that their silverware wasnt cleaned well. There was food still stuck on the spoon and fork. Grossed out. They need a new dishwasher. NEVER GOING TO EAT HERE AGAIN!! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

Ihop is busy on Saturday & Sunday mornings and serves good breakfast. Waited for half an hour to get the table. The new red velvet toast was yummy but was too sweet for me. Wide variety of Omelettes(tasty) and Custom made Omelette is something you can go for too. Coffee/ hot chocolate are not that great.

I dont know if the day crew is better but we waited for 15 min while the place had about 3 groups of people. The food was maybe a 5/10. The service was 0/10, the hostess pointed to a table and told us "you can sit there" and handed us out menus. Should have went to Krispy Kremes.

I went there and the service was very bad I asked for a cup of water 20 min to get it and so was the ketchup and napkins it was terrible and the waiting its to long the food was cold and they didnt even stopped by our table to say anything it was really bad

Their servers are great! Friendly and always around when you need them not like other restaurants where you have to hunt them down. The food is okay, average. Call ahead if you want to know the wait times specially weekend mornings.

The remodel makes the place look dark and dreary. The portions got a lot small which I wouldnt mind if it was higher quality but its actually worse quality. Go elsewhere for your midnight cravings

They met our large party needs, 9 adults, and two children. Meal came as ordered. The waitresses were polite, and really tried to help everyone get their meal right! No delays, was very enjoyable.

Slow service, few vegetarian options, and they were out of cheese the Sunday night I decided to come in. Im not a fan of IHOP anyway but this one in particular disappointed beyond belief.
