This Jack In The Box is the worst Ive ever had the displeasure of patronizing. The staff and Management team are consistently rude and are always forgetting to give your whole order. I have even had one employee Aida accuses me of using counterfeit money and slammed the glass window in drive thru in my face while I was trying to get her to show me how she determined my one dollar bills were counterfeit. After taking the money to the police department to report counterfeit currency based on what this Jack in the box employee told me, law enforcement advised me that my dollar bills were in fact "LEGITIMATE!!" The embarrassment and humiliation I suffered from this wanna be detective at jack in the back caused me undo stress. I will be filing a written complaint with the Franchise Owner. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR GUTTS eating at this establishment because its obvious this location doesnt care about the quality of food it serves or the employees they hire....Never again will I patronize this Redtop Jack in the box...

Pass this location on a regular basis. visited with my fam. First thing, went to the bathroom to wash my hands. Found very dirty bathroom. Urinal was bagged up, toilet backed up, toilet paper all over the floor, empty paper towel rolls on the floor, no paper towels to dry your hands. Went take my order, saw food all over the floor and counters behind the counter with people standing around using foul language in my presence and the presidents of my fam. Some of the food like the jalapeño poppers were old. When my wife went to the counter to purchase an ice tea, my wife paid and literally had to stand there for her Chang and cup because the worker was to busy talking to another worker about "some b**check in the drive through. Had to ask for a lemon 3 times and the manager had to remind the worker to wash her hands

This was the worst Jack in a box I ever went to first they gave me an expired orange juice and I had to wait 20 minutes from my croissant sandwich and when I finally got my sandwich it did not have all the ingredients that it should have had in addition I had to wait 5 minutes just to get my money back and they did not comp me in any way.

Interesting location. It is a good stop before driving through the hills to Vallejo on onwards. They are the same as most Jack in the Box. They are right off of the ramp and after ordering very convenient to get back on the road. Ample parking

Worst service ever . The girl in the front wasnt paying attention to me she was to busy talking to someone else that was there. Then after 20mins waiting for my food it was cold. So dont go there unless u go in the morning they are better

The burger was good and the cashier was friendly. The customers before me were driving me insane. They spent about 10 minutes ordering and the cashier kept her cool. I felt sick the next couple of days though.

Paid for 2 drinks separately. Lady gave me only one receipt. Argued with me that I did not pay for it. Gave her back her drink. Not a good way to do busines. . This is what happens when you hire foreigners
