So I made a purchase here for 4 #11 which what I got , but cold with old fries which where noticeble as well. The service was not great , it took me a lot of times to get the the shift leaders attention and what I didnt appreciate was the attitude and customer service at all. Talking as a group can be done after an order not during one. Very unfortunate to have had this service when being a regular resident of the fast food. I would like my refund. I wanst even given my recipe.

Food was good. But service in this place is particularly abysmal. They tend to ask unclear questions. Such as when ordering a combo. They ask something like "small or large", in refernce to which? The burger, fries, drink?? I saw a customer got confused and the employee end up arguing with her, asking her why she couldnt even understand that question.

This place is very dirty. I came in and a few tables had drinks spilled under them. No tables seem to have been wiped off. The cashier had a lot of trouble understanding and order. The food was okay. If you wanna come through for a cheap burger you may wanna use the drive through window.

Im not sure if its just me or not but every time I get food here I end up feeling like I made a mistake. Its not like this location is usually bad for fast food so if thats what your after Im sure itll meet your needs but I dont recommend it.

Horrible customer service and management of the store by carla. Walked in and didnt acknoweldge the 4 folks waiting up front. Prioritize drive through but tell that to folks waiting so we can make a decision. Horrible all around.

Often poor service and slower than it should be. Mistakes on orders occur. It seems they have several employees in the kitchen but only 1 that will ever go on the register. So even during off-peak hours you might have to wait.

unhealthy, they dont use gloves, fries on the floor, look dirty, have to wait for 5 minutes before someone serve us, no greetings, so I dont recommend this jack in the box.

Employers are really nice they also speaks Spanish. Most of the times there is no much people so attention is immediate. The place is kept clean so is nice to eat there also.

You should know better than to look for a healthy meal here, but if you just want a variety of fast food you can find what you want. All menus are available all day.
