Ive given them two trys ... thinking the first try Had to be an anomaly. But, nope, I wish I could have the "great food Great service" experience others have written about. Ive come away wishing the delivery staff could crank it up a few notches to reach lackadaisical ... or at least indifferent. Instead they were as much in the way of getting my order as they were delivering it. The front end order taker blatently ... well say .. .mis-informed telling us, "of course" we could get our burgers medium" rather than the usual "well done" ... then simply ignored that. When we got our "cooked brown all the way through" burgers and asked about it ... we got "Thats how we do them, we can refund your money or you can take what you got..." which, after the wait ... we needed to eat. I will say, I Did enjoy the seasoning on the frys ... so, anytime I want customer-dis-service and some cooked dead burger to go with my frys ... this is Definitely the place for that! Maybe I need to find out what day the main manager is there, and see what the crew is supposed to do ... but, I gotta say, given the reputation of the other Five Guys places ... if I were the manager of this one, Id be embarassed to admit it.

I was severely disappointed to say the least. In fact I didnt even get to eat anything besides my shake and a little bit of the fries because the burger order was so messed up that I lost my appetite. I would hope that when an individual order is almost $20 that the staff would take some care to make sure things are right. And after having to return to return my take-out order I just requested a refund and called it a day. But the fries were not what I would call fully cooked and the shake was tasty but I would assume that when you add bacon..... simcare would be taken to I dont know crumble the bacon and Center just adding strips to the bottom of the shake so that you cant consume with a straw at all???

Waited for 30 mins for two hamburgers and fries. There were other people before us that had been waiting longer. Then some people came in after we were waiting for 30 mins and got theirs right away. we had to ask for our order. Then the hamburgs were not made the way we order them. they were cold. Plus tables and floors were a mess. They needed more help and faster service. It doesnt take that long to make hamburgers.

Maybe it was hyped up too much, but Im definitely not a fan. The burgers tasted like Wendys and the fries had too much salt/seasoning. I walked out feeling like I got an over priced Wendys double cheeseburger. The restaurant itself was clean and it was cool that they give you peanuts while you wait, but that wont get me to go back any time soon. Nice try, Five Guys... but you cant compete with In-N-Out.

Their card readers were down and I only had 5 in cash, so the cashier suggested that I get just a burger instead of the meal. I accepted, and even though the price was 5.70, she accepted just my 5 and when I got the burger, she had added fries for free. Excellent customer service, I will continue to come here for lunch for a long time.

Great burger but... EXPEN$IVE ! My wife and I each had a "Little Burger" (one patty), shared a "regular" order of Fries and I had a soft-drink. Tab: A tad over $17.00 !!!! Well make this place a "special occasion" burger place. Interpretation: Once and maybe, maybe twice a year. Next burger lunch will be at In and Out.

Love it here but I think the burgers are too mushy and a lil oily but thats American food =) I got a cheeseburger with fresh onions instead of their grilled onions and also the Cajun fries. Very filling but expensive.

I love this place! Some of the best burgers in town. My only complaint is their fries leave something to be desired. If they fixed their fry recipe I would give 5 stars and eat there every week.
