Normally I would have given a five star rating. Just not today. Service is typically OUTSTANDING, food is ALLWAYS super yummy, I honestly come here at least once a week. Now I understand that it is Thanksgiving and all but dang!! I tried to order food for myself and family last night online at like 6pm...it wouldnt let me. I came in right at 10:30 this morning at opening to see if I could order and pay for food and pick it up a little later...nope chick at the register said they cant hold orders? What?! The guy (hes always been super nice to us during past visits) that was outside ringing up pick up orders was at least nice to me when I asked him but I was told to ask inside. Ughhhhhh.....so major confusion here why the heck cant you just make my order in a few hours? What is that big truck full of orders people are picking up doing in the parking lot if they cant hold orders and cant order over the phone or online ? Ive been trying to order since last night What did I do wrong?. I just dont get it.Eh whatever Here I am 2 1/2 hours later .. been here 30 minutes...Ive paid(different register chick seemed quite annoyed) and still waiting for my order.....so now Im annoyed and hungry. Im turning into a snickers commercial. The guy at the door greeting everyone was very nice , the one outside was nice as always, chicks inside very clearly are being inconvenienced by us lowly and LOYAL customers. Im starving like a hostage.

Preordered for Thanksgiving and had to wait over about 2 hours for my preorder. Curious why I preordered?!? The experience was really frustrating as I had to wait in two lines just yo get a Turkey. I did not appreciate how it was a mess and very unorganized. update... The following week, the manager called later after I gave feedback to corporate and offered a free meal for the inconvenience.

I watched one of the workers take napkins off of a dirty table and replace them in the dispenser for customers to use. I also watched him go from cleaning dirty tables to serving people without washing his hands.

The service is good, the prices are cheap. The food itself is reminiscent of cafeteria food or Home style buffet. I find many menu options under seasoned and overly sweet.
