Les contaré fuimos ayer 10 personas la chica q nos atendió en la entrada fue muy maleducada esperamos 30 minutos, la mesera que nos atendió muy amable mi cuñada fue al carro a buscar su chaqueta y se dio con la sorpresa que le habían roto la ventana de su 4x4 y le habían robado todas sus cosas,cámara en un mall no hay oh! Sorpresa estacionamiento en el restaurante pueden creer ,y vigilancia hay pero casualidad no estaban por ahí y las cámaras Muchas y casual están malo gradas lo peor q nos pudo pasar

No se por donde empezar, ensalada podrida una orden con carne pedida media cocinada y llegó super cosinada y la sopa de pollo nunca llegó y una menta podrida en mi bebida he comido muchas veces aquí pero tan mal como hoy no espero algo mejor para la siguiente I do not know where to start, rotten salad an order with meat ordered half cooked and came super cooked and the chicken soup never came and a rotten mint in my drink I have eaten many times here but as badly as today I do not expect anything better for the next

We were a birthday group of about 13, seated pretty quickly. Our orders were taken right away, and our drinks were brought to us in a timely manner. The salad was good, several of my party said they liked the dressing. The breadsticks were very salty, but plentiful. When dessert came, it looked very good, and someone said the lemoncelli custard was delicious. If you only come for salad or dessert, stop now. I ordered the garlic rosemary chicken with spinach and garlic mashed potatoes for $17. When it came, I saw and tasted no rosemary, my chicken was a bit tough, resting on raw spinach, and covered in a gravy/sauce that I swear they also used on the tilapia dish. The dish as a whole did not taste at all well-seasoned or good.

I was there for a quick bite with my mother on her birthday, we were seated immediately, and our oder was taken in a timely manner, although the shrimp Scampi wasnt as good as it looked on the menu, everything else was delicious and I give this place all 5 stars because of their AMAZING SERVER Veronica. She was so nice & friendly! Always so attentive to our table, she made sure we were doing good, she made our lunch very pleasant, and her smile was the cherry on top. We will definitely be coming back here soon. Thank you Miss Veronica for your service! P.s that Chocolate caramel lasagna is SO good! Thank you for bringing that to my mom❤

My husband and i went in for a lunch date. Hostess was nice but the remainder of staff were all rude. Noone came to our table to take our order or offer drinks. I had to get up twice to ask for help after 15min of no service. Then we were told someone else would help us shortly. The 3 girls that were servers stood in the bar area laughing and chatting and never took our order. After 20min we walked out.

Order food yesterday, they told it would be ready by 9:00. I went to pick up my order it was not ready when I got there. Waited 15 minutes, they got my order wrong, and I was told that I had to wait another 15-20 minutes. Staff is not trained well, manger is not doing his/her job. Making people wait for their order after ordering by phone is not good for business, especially if you mess up the order.

The food was good, but the service is horrible. Should have left right after I walked in, hostess didnt even greet me. Asked for more breadsticks and never received them, waitress was never around. Finally after 15 min. after my soup bowl was done she ased if I had received my entree, which I had not. If you are looking fir a good experience take my advice and DO NOT GO HERE!

their tour of italy is awesome, its lasagna fettucini alfredo pasta and grilled chicken. all the best from italy in one dish. decor is good they have a tv incase of game season open bar as well. service was fast no more then 15 min wait. i went with a group of 12 and food was pout within 10 min. pretty quick if you ask me. left very satisfied ad full.

Ive been coming to Olive Garden for a very long time now. Last night was perfect because all the eateries are closed by 9pm; Olive Garden isnt. I was famished and I just wanted to have a light dinner before bed so I decided to eat my favorite Zuppa Tuscana and garlic bread. ( If i was not on meds, I would have ordered a Bellini). .

Its our "go-to" place for burgers and milk shakes (very thick) Friendly staff, feels like being with family. Also, busy and crowded. Parking is a challenge, but well worth it. Weve been going for years. Like an old-fashioned diner. Even met person while flying and they mentioned "Vals Burgers" from when they lived in area years ago.

We went here when we were staying in San fran. It was ok. We ended up having a waiter that was on a break so we ended up with two different waiters. When they were transferring each other off there breaks they clearly did not communicate with each other because we ended up waiting for extra salad, and breadsticks for almost 15 min.

Ive been going to the Hayward Olive Garden for over 10 years and the food is always good. The service is usually good although I have had a few bad waiters. I have never had anything I didnt like here but my favorite items are the Zuppa Tiscona soup, the "Tour of Italy" and the Fettuccine Alfredo.

Ive been coming here since I was a kid. The same family has owned and operated this place since forever. Its got a great diner atmosphere and the burgers and shakes are amazing. I know costs have gone up over the years, but the only reason I cant give it 5 stars is because its not a great value.

Took my Mom out to eat at this Olive Garden and received the best service with tasty food. Our server Ebonique made excellent suggestions, made sure we had everything we needed and was so personable. All of the employees were upbeat and friendly. We left full and happy!

The food is OK but the service is horrible!!! Avoid by all means, if you have a chance, go to the Fremont location instead, the same food but you feel welcome there. The waiter was incompetent, the rude and sarcastic manager was dumb. They ruined our family celebration.

The food and service were excellent. They had a wide variety the food all which were excellent. Me and my family will definitely be going back often. The soup and salad definitely hit the spot oh and by the way endless soup and salad. I recommend you give this a try

My favorite meal to order includes the chicken alfredo and the house salad is good as well. One of my other favorite parts of the experience is the candy I get at the end of each meal. Its just a little treat that I enjoy for dessert.
