After waiting 15 minutes out of my 30 minute lunch break, I and several others still had not received our orders. We waited and watched while order after order handed out ahead of us came back to be fixed for one reason or another. Finally, I asked for my order to be canceled. The manager assured me it would be right out, and that she would make it personally. Upon opening my bag, I discovered that the order I had been handed was not mine. When I returned to ask for a refund, the manager accused the girl working the counter of handing out the wrong order. The one she, the manager, had just personally made and handed me. She offered me a free meal on my next visit, but I wont be spending any more taco money at this location. Service was a total joke.

Sadly, like some of the other reviewers, within the last few months Ive experienced the staff here starting to consistently not check the orders accuracy for the sake of speed in the drive thru even if there isnt a line. 4 of 5 of my orders have been missing items. Which is a shame because this used to be the best Taco Bell in the area. If youre not a Taco Bell glutton like myself its probably fine but if I cant count on my order to be accurate when I order 10+ items for a group regularly, Im going to have to go with one of the other Taco Bells on the Eastside.

Weve been to this location twice this week and both times the doors were closed before 9 pm (even tho they are supposed to be open until 11 am/2 am for drive thru) there were no signs or anything on the doors so we were confused, there were people still eating inside, but they did not let us nor anyone else in. Both times we decided to use the drive thru instead, but this last time the line did not move an inch in 20 minutes, good thing we were the last car, so we just left. I dont know what is going on in there, but they better fix it.

I usually visit here close to the closing time of the drive-thru, which are usually hit-or-miss for how busy they are. Despite the lower manpower available for late night shifts, the service here is very timely and the workers at the drive-thru mic are friendly and lively. The food is always well prepared and lives up to the standard you would expect from a well-established fast food restaurant. I always enjoy visiting here for my late night food runs.

Bad bad badddddd and worsttttttt. Specifically ordered for a vegetarian potato griller and got beef in it. When we went to ask about it they were reckless and said we will fix By giving another bean potato griller. Bad cusomer service. They didnt even provide any bill.on top of that, when we asked to talk their manager, they were not even responding to that question. Never never mentioned sorry at the least

I didnt realize being "understaffed" was a legitimate reason to close half an hour early? I definitely saw at least 3 people in the store and could hear a handful more. All they want to do it clean up and leave as quick as they can. This store is always so slow and looks dirty on the outside. Being understaffed is a bullshit reason to close when Google and your window say youre open till 3.

So it was 7 cars deep in drive thru tonight, drive thru worker (KIM) was super nice and moved those cars through quickly!! We got home noticed 2 off things so we went back ($10 is $10). We explained to Kim what happened and she made everything right and was still super upbeat, happy and funny. She went the extra mile and gave great customer service! Kim, wonderful job, you kick @$$!

Been to this place a few times. Ive never had a bad service experience here. Most employees are pretty upbeat and friendly. The one time they messed up my order by just a little they gave me a bigger drink and an extra taco. Compared to most fast food experiences Id say this place is pretty fantastic. And the food, well its taco bell. You know what youre getting going in.haha

Buyer beware. They like to add a charge for extra sour cream to everything you order. Then they wont give you a receipt unless you specifically requested one. When you ask them about the addition of sour cream they say its to offset the drink. Why arent they just ringing you up for your drink? The whole thing is shady and really looks bad.

I took the drivethru and the guy who took my order was super enthusiastic. Never seen that in any fast food joint before. Food was good enough considering it is a taco bell, didnt mess anything up, lots of napkins and sauce, overall pretty good. service was not super quick but not as slow as most mcdonalds around here.

When I arrived at the menu realized I didnt have my debit card there was already two cars in front of me and one behind so I told the guy that I didnt have my debit card and he said not to worry. I give this Taco Bell five stars for great customer service. Thank you Victor & taco bell for the free tacos!!! Delicious!

I am a frequent flyer at Taco Bell, and the service and quality of my entire experience has never wavered. The staff (especially the late night crew), the quality of food (as good as fake fast food meat can be), and the location (right next to Jack in the Box) is exceptional. Love it and will always love it!

This place messes up my order more often than they dont. Yesterday they gave me diet Pepsi instead of diet mountain dew, didnt give me the fire sauce I asked for, and left the ranch sauce on the Gordita that I asked for them to hold. This was on a $10 order. Slow down and get is right guys.

They have a smarmy little punk working the drive-through who likes to mock customers as they order. I sat and took it a couple of times, but last night I lost it and told him to suck it, then had to wait like an idiot behind the previous customer before I could drive to another restaurant.

I usually have a good experience. It was 1230am, night time. 2 cars in front of me. They already ordered as I pulled up. I ordered 3 things. Waited over 5 minutes, and they gave me a chicken quesadilla instead of beef. I wasnt too mad about it but what if someone was allergic to chicken.

The workers are friendly. Usually there is only one person taking orders from both the front counter and the drive-through; and they pay more attention to the drive-through than the front counter. However, once an order is taken, the delivery is pretty quick.

This Taco Bell is good, but can get SUPER crowded, mostly due to its proximity to Microsoft. The drive through can be a bit on the slow side, so if your in a hurry, you may want to try to walk in if you see a line in the drive through.
