Panda Express is the most mediocre Chinese Takeout food you can ever purchase. The food, while edible, is not even standard Chinese Takeout food. The food is greasy, very cold and pre-cooked like Chipotle, where they scoop and you point to what you want. The staff are overwhelmed when a lunch rush kicks in, but the prices are okay, if thats what youre looking for.

I was at starbucks in the same complex and restroom there was out of service. So I worked in this place and explained that the one at starbucks is down. She refused me as Im not their customer. Okay I got it but when YOUR rest room is broke down, you cant have YOUR lovely customers to use other stores restrooms. Is that correct?

Cheap chinese fast food when you need it the most available in downtown Oakland. Never had any issues or problems here. Best time to come is 11:30am beating out the crowd, and after 2:30pm. For solo dining its alright, but more than four people youre pushing it. Not a fun place to chit chat or hang out at. Just eat and go.
